    For making aware of every small movement
    Find very difficult in knee joint on both sides as faulty walking habits may be ,i assume
    I have to practice sincerely with full awareness

    Thank you! What a easy to follow and helpful lesson for me. Weight transfer here is so clearly seen and demonstrated and I look forward to your next lesson! I feel this focus on the ankle involvement and awareness to be so important for me in improving my gait mechanics.

    Wonderful sensations in walking after this, please keep these lessons coming, I am a movement teacher and work with people in their 60s to the end , I will experiment with myself before passing this invaluable information on. Another avenue for experimenting will be for me to use the wedges used in Gary Ward’s Anatomy in Motion course .
