    Thank you, so much learning in how you deliver and inform the information. I am delighted to see you finished with such a restorative pose. I often do this because of my yoga back round, but somehow it helps that you confirmed doing so :) We would rest in the pose for up to 10 min, warm and quiet. Myy hips feel amazing and I even broke the lesson up into two days. Thank you!, dar
