I have tried everything and it only mad my symptoms worse due to added stress. Just be yourself don't stress a lot... having PCOS is not the end of the world

    Just a question do you still go eat out at restaurants or have any take out once in a while? I feel like I am restricting my self to go out on date nights and out with my mates as I don’t know if restaurants and take out places are PCO friendly. That’s what i am struggling with. I feel like my social life is taking a hit. Any tips for this?

    Just found your videos and I'm planning on buying some things mentioned on your videos. I'm so glad I found your videos. It has been difficult for me to lose weight im 129lbs and 5ft. I have been losing a lot of hair, but im hairy in other areas 😢, also I would have my full 8 hours of sleep even more to avoid waking up so tired. It still doesn't work and I always wondered why I felt extreme fatigue. Im going to start out with omega3 pills and working out. Definitely excited to make some much needed changes. Thank you for all that you do!

    i'm not officially diagnosed but i have almost all symptoms. irregular period, fatigue, bloating (although i don't have over weight), hormonal acne, body hair on my belly or back and stuff. should i use birth control pills or a healthy diet and exercise would be enough for me? i'm seventeen and i'm kinda scared.

      I am dairy-free and tend to avoid sweeteners as much as possible, so I tend to go for the plant-based options from Garden of Life that don’t have stevia, hemp protein from 365, NorCal Organic, and Philosophie has some great options! 💖 I'll mix these into a smoothie with some fruit and veggies!

      You can't fully reverse a medical condition like this. It's a syndrome you have to live with, and it doesn't magically disappear (sadly) but you can manage the symptoms through diet, exercise and other means, so carry on doing all the good stuff. Influencers online are using the term "reverse" and people don't deserve to be misled.

      Hi, I'm not a professional, but I can tell you my story. I started by cutting of the birth control, then did bodybuilding. Went really good with that freaking high testosterone lvl. I gained 5kg in that half year. But mostly muscles. After more symptoms I went to the gyn and got diagnosed. He gave me another birth control to cut off the symptoms like acne and hair loss. Since then I gained more 5kgs but more on my belly. In two weeks I do a glucose tolerance test, in hope to get Metformin. In the beginning I was lightly overweight. Now my BMI went from 24 to 28 🥴

    Hi tal
    I cant seem to eat in moderation and i find it hard to go dairy free because in my country almond milk and non dairy options are too expensive so will it be okay to have yogurt instead and stuff like cottage cheese .
    Milk doesnt really do anything to me really but since i cant lose weight i wanna try going gluten and dairy free

    • @yogamayaa
      @yogamayaa 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Don't need to buy almond milk from outside. Make your own to save money. Coming to going dairy free, try limiting dairy. Like I am pure vegetarian, and have very limited sources of protein apart from lentils and whole grains. So I consume home-made curd / yogurt for probiotic and cottage cheese occasionally as I don't have many options when eating out.
