    Thank you so much for sharing this video. I think Hair loss is an overlooked symptom of pcos. I struggled with hair loss as a result of my pcos more than acne. I feel it is getting better by drinking spearmint tea, washing my hair more frequently (every other day) and adding rosemary oil to my shampoo.
    I hope all of us can reverse our symptoms and live happier healthier.🙏

      I am going to try this as well. Did you try any particular shampoo because I have tremendous hair fall too!! It worries me a lot and have pcos and fibroid which I am working on too by changing diet and drinking herbs. Please let me know which shampoo you use xx

    I don’t have PCOS but I have a little high testosterone and that makes my hair fall so much. I tried rosemary oil but it made my hair fall more.

      I also had long fine hair,now pcod with seborrhoeic dermatitis came and it all went away and my hair fell out in circles on the top of my head, none of the tips work for me, now I'm afraid of looking in the mirror,

    I wanted to ask is there someone else who have massive hairfall while oiling and applying shampoo? It happen to me every time , sometimes i feel like not washing my hairs at all 😢

      Yes it happens with me as well 🥲 this is why i stopped oiling for so many months but starting it again right now. I think its because of the massaging while applying with fingertips, so go slow🥺

      Yes I've been experiencing this aswell! I saw someone mentioned in the comments to dab the oil with a cotton pad on your hair and leave to for 2 hrs then wash it, I'll have to try that

    Higher sugar and higher testosterone will always cause more inflammation, so for some washing daily with a sulfate free shampoo will be helpful. i double cleanse in one wash every 2-3 days and its been great!

    I had hair loss which I thought was menopausal issues but it was pcos. Inositol did it for me it was great! Plus iron.

    My brother used to have very thin hair on the top of his head, but he yet had a hairline, just very thin. He reduced his stress, improved diet, and started using liitlextraa cocooninon hair oil shampoo hair conditioner. This worked and reduce his hair fall in just 4 to 5 months.

    Hey just wanted you to know that rosemary water isn't its oil mixed with water it's made with dried rosemary leaves and you'll have to boil around a spoonfull of it with water for 10 minutes are there is your homemade rosemary spray

    I'm heavily insulin resistance. Ive been keto for 5 years and it's managed my symptoms for the most part. After i had my daughter its been a bigger struggle. I need to lose 50 pounds still, facial hair, losing hair on my hairline. I am severely tired... I'm thinking about cutting dairy again. I did it recently but it was for a month and thought it didnt make a difference. Im wondering if i didnt try it long enough. I'm also going to try spearmint tea. Im also considering dropping coffee but i cant stay awake at work without it...

    Things u need to check with hairloss-- Labs: Vit D, vit B12, blood count and iron. I testify DHT blockers DO help, it takes time y'all. Very important for me personally...i never put anything on that can rub the top of my hair, and I NEVER pull the top (example ponytail, i leave the front out). Supplements that help: butterfly pea flower tea, stinging nettle. Cut sugar, drastically reduce bread. These all helped ME. Almost forgot Carrot JUICE!!

    All my reports got better after going almost 80 percent gluten and dairy free also i am taking 6 7 supplements daily including metaformin.
    Can i leave metaformin now when my tests got clear and continue with supplements and my workouts.

      @@PCOSWeightLoss honestly my doctor even said that we don’t suggest inositol and other supplements rest is upto you if you want to take them.
      This channel was my constant through out and i am fine and i lost 12 kgs in 3 months also☺️

    hello i have a quick question, I'm trying to go gluten and dairy free but where i live there are no gluten free options, so i go for naturally gluten free foods, i love oats but on the ones that i buy it always says "may contain traces of gluten" even if they're organic, I'm not that gluten sensitive so is it okay to keep consuming them? also no vegan cheeses, so i consume cottage nd mozzarella especially for their protein as i resistance train and i haven't found alternatives

      Great question! Yes, oats are naturally gluten free and unless you have a gluten allergy, you can have those 🥰 gluten and dairy free doesn't have to be all or nothing, so keeping a few dairy items in your diet is ok! Just remember that lots of meats and veggies contain protein as well!

    Hey! I suffer from IR PCOS since I was 13 though I was officially diagnosed a few months ago (at 20). My endo wants to put me on Metformin and BCP. I was wondering I could take Inositol instead? I'm very sensitive to any kind of meds that mess with my hormones and I've heard that Inositol is good for IR as well.

      Do not be afraid of taking metformine. My daugther has been taking it since her diagnose 3 yrs ago. It helps a lot. Her hair loss stoped after 2 weeks of starting taking it and her periods are regular. Do NOT go in BCP. It does not fix the problem but can originate others.

      Metformin is a good start. Also helps to deal with weight management by improving your metabolism.
      Basic medicine for PCOS.

      That medication ruined my life. Not to be dramatic but if I could go back in time I’d cut out sugar completely, take ovasitol/zinc/omega 3
      All my symptoms are gone and I have a period again

    I feel like diary with less lactose like ghee butter and paneer are still good,they work for me since I'm a vegetarian I don't eat meat ,only eggs n diary and since getting pcod some fish occasionally

    Whatever my hairloss is I fear its to late not reversible had to shave the remaining of and wear a wig....mine is diffuse alopecia but my hairline was receding a little before the extreme all over loss...removed sugar,dairy,removing gluten/grains now....I suspect celiac/gluten sensitivity..

      Even if you are lean, start mild excercise, muscle growing workouts....isse aap jyada kha bhi sakte hain aur weight gain/loss ka bhi dar nahi.

    Hlo di..i am heena from india...i have pcos.. i have more gut issue like constipation nd indigestion nd bloating...i have tried everything ..take medicine...take Apple cider vinegar..but my constipation not gone.....plz suggest what can i do...??????

      What really works for me when I am really backed up is using about 1/3 or 1/2 teaspoon of Dabur Kabz over with warm water. Alternatively, you can have softovac at night with warm water. Both have natural ingredients. Hope that helps!

      You have to change your diet. Eat whole foods, eat fruits, drink lots of water. Get a herb called cascara sagrada and rhubarb root to clean your colon. All this will help. And cut out wheat, cut out white rice

      I have PCOS and suffer from hair loss. Tried the rosemary water and oil and it is the only thing that helped my hair to grow back but the oil itself is harsh on the scalp you need to dilute it in other oils I use tea tree oil and avocado oil coconut oil is also a good choice

      @@VirD2023 Don't be scared.... You're suffering like I did last year.... I was scared to use oils too.... Insted of massaging the oil with fingertips... Use cotton and gently dab it all over your scalp... Don't pull and don't be harsh with your hair... after you're done, Don't comb or tie your hair... Leave it like that for 2 hours and wash off..... Start with this and with time you'll see less and less hair falling out.... The hairfall you're seeing were going to fall anyway, but you pushing or scratching your scalp just accelerated that..... Don't worry... It's normal and rosemary oil will only do good for you ❤️ (only reason you should stop using rosemary is if you have an allergic reaction)
