Hi Cysters! In this video, I cover some foods that can affect PCOS negatively like gluten! Speaking of...what are some of your favorite gluten free snacks?!
Omg. I have an acne breakout and gained a lot of weight for only a month 😭 I will try to do a gluten and dairy free foods and hopefully this will help me.
I went gluten and dairy free the end of last year and I really saw a difference. Due to stress and financial reasons, I stopped taking my Ovasitol and reverted back to old habits. In a bit of a rut at the moment and trying to get out of it.
Cutting out gluten and dairy, and monitoring my sugar intake has been life changing! I feel SO much better and healthier, plus I'm down about 40 lbs! 🎉🎉
You inspired me to go gluten free and it honestly changed my life. My doctor said it wasn’t necessary and wouldn’t make a difference, yet here I am 23 pounds lighter and full of energy. And now we are trying for a baby! 💕
It is crazy how doctors are clueless about the importance of diet and lifestyle. They should be more educated at school on that. Or at least be humble or more cooperative for the sake of their patient and encourage them to see a nutritionist, dietitian or a naturopath in parallel.
this video was UNBELIEVABLY helpful. I've had PCOS since I was 16, I am now almost 30. I've struggled with food and weight my whole life. no one has ever put it in the way you did. thank you and I will be trying this tricks out!
I was diagnosed with PCOS four years ago, and I thought drinking pills would do all the work. I discovered this channel recently, and boy, I learned a lot. I discovered my PCOS type (I’m insulin resistant), and now I am slowly trying to cut gluten and dairy. I am more motivated to reverse my symptoms than ever!
I m not overweight .. but suffering pcos.. have mood swings so badly ... no one understand the feeling.. plz do a video an the mood swings so that people without pcos could understand the situation we Cysters are passing through
I cut out whites and dairy six years ago and my cycles suddenly went from once a year to once a month and have stayed that way ever since!! It is crazy the direct effect those foods have.
I’m so grateful I found you guys! I was diagnosed with PCOS this year at 30 years old. I felt lost, and really scared…Google is my downfall! Thank you for all the tips, I’m Starting a gf/df lifestyle, it has been so hard but I’m hopeful that after 30 days I can reflect and identify what I need to do to get things under control!
I can’t thank you guys enough! I was diagnosed with PCOS four months ago I was so upset but glad to have a diagnosis so I could start the change I needed. I immediately wanted to find resources to help me and I came across your Instagram account and began using your advice. I’ve lost 10lbs. I’m hoping to continue my education with your guys’ help!! ♥️
You are the 🐐👏🏾🙌🏾 I finally got my period after almost 3 months . I limited gluten and dairy and it finally came back . Gluten and dairy free is best thing I have ever did ! I also lost 10 lbs
I love how supportive your husband is! And how sassy he is lol thank you for your help! I'm trying so much it's so hard to keep up with the diet changes 😭
It's been just three days, I have removed gluten and dairy plus sugar from my diet. I wish I had known this before. It has literally changed my life completely. I was sleeping 15 hours a day and eating non-stop. But now all my cravings have gone and I just sleep at night and wake up fresh with no need to sleep anymore. I have tried to lose weight many times before but re gained most of it back. Because i used to feel hungry all the time and would binge eat a lot. But now I just have two meals a day and can fast for 16 to 17 hours without feeling hungry and I don't feel weak at all. It helped with brain fog as well
I have started cutting gluten and dairy slowly since I think I am addicted to dairy but I have already noticed my skin clear which is one of my biggest problems with PCOS. Learning what not to eat has been super help so not be so restricted. Love these videos they always teach me sooo much
I’m so glad to have come across your Instagram and TH-cam. I’ve been struggling to get pregnant for over a year. After visiting my doctor I was told I have PCOS and need to lose weight. I know I’m over weight and need to lose some but it fit me hard and has been a struggle since.
Thanks a lot dear.. By maintaining your all rules,, i got my period almost regular(42days) My cyst was 6 cm,, now its less than 10 mm.❤️ I utterly request to all who are suffer from pcos,, should see your channel & maintain. I'm really very glad to find your channel. May Almighty bless yoy dear.❤️
This is such great insight! I've lost 25lbs since finding your program and am starting the 4 week challenge this week. I can't wait to see how far I can get. Beyond the weight loss, I have SO MUCH more energy, I feel rested and no more brain fog! Thank you so much for sharing this valuable information!
I always ALWAYS feel and get bloated whenever I eat foods that are high in gluten and dairy, but now ever since discovering your content, I am not yet 100% DF/GF but have been slowly cutting them out. I feel less bloated and my energy levels have improved 😊 thank you so much for the amazing tips. waiting for more
what has worked for me (when it comes to fruits as a snack) is never eating fruit alone. always pair it with peanut/almond butter, or just a handful of any nuts to my liking. this way snack really works and I don't get hungry again in 15 minutes
Your videos is the first that I've watched about PCOS and learned so much about it!!! I was diagnose recently with PCOS, even before diagnosis I've been trying to exercise and cut my meals down but it's not working... :( now i know why thanks to you! I'm now trying to cut my gluten and dairy slowly and avoiding sugar as well.. I also do yoga for now and your slow weighted exercise as well... I'm from the Philippines so i can't follow much of your recipes but I'm trying all the greens that locally produce in my diet. Hoping to see progress on my weight. Thank You!!!
I have been scared to eat fruits -- I am Persian and fruit is a big deal in our household! While I don't go crazy with it (I usually eat a banana each day), it was a relief to hear your take on fruit consumption. Thank you Tallene!
I love how you mention that you sometimes eat gluten and dairy. I'm the same way. If we don't eat these inflammatory foods everyday, we can really manage our symptoms! Thanks for this video!
I’m so happy I found your page ! I’ve learned more in this month than the 20 years I’ve know I had insulin resistance and the 12 years I’ve known about my PCOS
I just found out I have PCOS on Monday and I came across a tik tok of yours on my fyp today im so beyond happen your video found me!!! I will be trying these tips :)
I want to personally take time out to appreciate DR RORPOPOR HERBAL on his TH-cam channel for the herbs medication I ordered from him in curing my PCOS disease🌱🌱🌱 th-cam.com/channels/kZwKW6qES4dXDWzb0YQErA.html
Absolutely agree with you. My daughter cut out dairy, did low carb because zero carb is impossible in an Italian house 🍝🍕 lost 8kg (it took 6 months!!!!!) She now finally has a regular period and feels so much better. Can't believe how a simple lifestyle change isn't spoken about by medical doctors they just prescribe birth control??
@@CrystalRose1111me too. For me it took getting to 27 years old and investigating infertility with an IVF clinic to even find out I had PCOS. And I’ve had obvious signs for years ! I’ve had irregular cycles since I was 12, extremely severe acne, mid-section weight gain, episodes of serious hair loss Knowing what I know now I am just in disbelief that no doctor ever thought to investigate WHY i had any of these issues ! Just put on the pill at 14 and no further discussion ! I am so pissed off now when I look back
You’re highly highly informative. I have a lot of cysters who suffer from PCOS and I shared your videos with them avidly! I’ve also just recently started taking Inotisol but haven’t really seen a change, although I am optimistic 😃😃
Finally a simplified way of explaining things. I’ve been feeling so overwhelmed with all the information on PCOS that it’s nice to have it dumbed down for me 😅
Thank you so much for the content and information. I often feel alone with my PCOS diagnoses but this channel is a great community for all of us experiencing the same feelings and symptoms!
Oh I love this video! I'm trying to be gluten and dairy free but it just so hard! You guys really help me with PCOS. I've been struggling with PCOS since I was a teenager. You guys are great. Love your page and the videos!
Feels so so good to know that I am not alone and there are cysters out there who understand what I go through instead of those who are not sure yet give advices and taunts. ♥️♥️♥️
My favorite gluten free snack is taking dairy free cheese and cutting it into squares and baking it into ‘crackers’. It makes a great dairy free/gluten free snack. I’m also a little bit of a lover of non gmo popcorn tossed in a little cayenne. I’m so thankful I found u guys!
Thank you for making this video! You explained everything so well. It was very clear and simple which is such a bonus. Having PCOS can be so overwhelming and frustrating. Love the realness of this approach! I still struggle with beating myself up after a gluten headache hits me 😅 but I’m getting better at it Thanks for the great info as usual ❤️
I developed an eating disorder trying to lose weight with PCOS. Nothing worked, so I got to a point where I just starved myself and drank lots of water. If I did eat, it was 400-600 calories a day. Really glad I found this channel, maybe it’s time to give it a shot again…
Thank you Tallene! I’m working on cutting dairy and gluten out now along with lowering my sugar. I’ve been on Ovasitol now for about two weeks and I feel so much better than when I was on Metformin!

All of the foods you've mentioned to avoid is my favorite especially cookies 😭 Thank you for giving an alternative sweets for it and I will start looking at the back of the packet for sugar content. Hopefully this will help me lessen my acne breakout and weight 💜
I have been so interested in implementing the gluten and dairy free lifestyle, but have no clue where to begin. Your videos are the perfect place to start!! Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us and letting us know that it doesn't HAVE to be this way.
Ever since I came across your IG account & your channel, I’m so much more hopeful that I can manage my symptoms. Kick starting the change in my eating habits definitely has to be the toughest, but with the tips provided , I’m hoping it would be somewhat easier 🤞🏻
This information is so usefull!! I've been dairy free for a week now and my skin is already looking much better. I'm curious about how you and others cysters internalized all the habits changes, like, did you turned dairy, gluten free and realfooders all at once or how do you recommend to do it? Thank you for your work
