Hello, I watched your videos four months ago. I decided it was worth a try. I also attended the online seminar. Four months ago, I decided to try gluten-free, caffeine-free vegan living. I couldn't completely eliminate these substances from my life, but I reduced them by ninety percent and I have been menstruating regularly for four months. I didn't lose any weight, but still having regular periods shocked me. Now I'm revisiting your channel to learn how to lose weight with pcos. Thank you very much for your efforts. No doctor has ever shared the information I learned from you with me. Greetings from Türkiye😊😊😊😊❤❤
This makes me happy as ive been told its the vegan diet (want to stick for animals) which makes me not have periods. Looking into other stuff! Probs gluten and caffeine amongst others

This is so incredibly refreshing, I am so sick and tired like many of my fellow cysters that if a women is overweight or curvy that we are sitting all day eating, excuse you we are not we battle every day with this what to eat? What workout do I do? without exhausting myself and sleeping for 50 million hrs or why am I so depressed and anxious, this will be my now resolution to do the 12-30 thank you both for your continued help and support for all the cysters we appreciate you both for it, you guys help us to feel less alone and like we are losing our minds 🙏🏽 so grateful.
Thank you so much, it’s been so hard, there were times I thought I wouldn’t make it but discovering I don’t have to work out for 75 mins 4-5 times a week has been the biggest exhale for me, my 2024 has already started I thought why wait for January start now so I have.
I’ve been doing this & I will say I choose a favorite podcast or something to distract my mind for 30 mins to not feel overwhelmed but this has helped me loose a lot of weight with Pcos . I do the intermediate fasting 12-8pm along with it ( 1 tablespoon of apple cider) works!
It took me about a week to work up to 12% incline but just within that week people were asking me what I did to lose weight so it looks like it worked pretty quickly!
Oh... I was doing this without even realizing it was helping... I just liked how the incline felt on my legs and allowed me to breathe more 🤔✨️💛 thats cool
Do you have a daily routine you share about your nutrition?, how do you start your day? Vitamins? Breakfast? How many times a day do you eat? What does a full day look like for you? Dinner? I would appreciate a week of daily routine for you to see where I can improve
Your videos are so crazy helpful!!! Any chance you can do a video of timing of meals or intermittent fasting and what tiems and what you ate? Thanks so much!!
what exercises do you recommend for those of us who deal with adrenal fatigue? appreciate all this info! and you guys are so awesome and cute and amazing ❤
I've been struggling so much with my PCOS. I have terrible discipline with excercise and diet. I don't have a tredmill but I do walk everyday on a very low natural incline outside twice a day and Ive been doing this for roughly two years , but i haven't seen a tiny dent in weight loss, on the contrary ive gained weight and not muscle. Im also exhausted all the time. If I try to work out in the middle of the week, I feel like fainting when I come home the next day from work. It used to not be like this thought, a few years ago I was doing all the wrong high intense workouts with no weight loss and while I never felt better or energized , it wasnt to the extreme it is now. Does anyone have any tips or solutions , or it is just like I need more mental training, because maybe it's that? Anyway PCOS sucks.
In one of your other workout videos, it was said to do the slow weighted workouts three times a week. How do we incorporate the treadmill workout? Is it in addition to the weighted workouts on those same three days?
Hi :) I have been pretty stuck when it comes to my PCOS. I have gained and lost the same 10 lbs for over a year now. I'm a former athlete (track athlete) so it seems like my body feels like I have to practically live in the gym like I used to, to get any results. I will definitely be trying this method! I've learned so much from you especially about supplements and things. Ovasitol really stood out to me as a possible game changer and I was going to purchase some, but when I visited your site I saw metabolism plus. Now I'm unsure which would be best. Any suggestions please? Sorry this post got so long 😬 lol
Excited for you to try PCOS friendly workouts! You may also want to incorporate some slow, weighted workouts (I've got a couple up on my channel for you to check out and monthly workout plans in The Cysterhood!) When it comes to supplements, my Metabolism Plus Bundle is great for overall metabolic health with any PCOS type, but I would recommend incorporating Ovasitol if you have Insulin Resistance! It was a total game changer for me! 🤩
Could you do a video on Lean PCOS and gaining/maintaining weight? That's what I struggle with. It's just as hard as losing weight, but there's hardly any sources out there for me because it's a subset of PCOS
I have been going to the gym for almost 2 months and all I have lost in 0.6kgs. Not sure if I'm not doing the right exercises, but I'm going to give this method a go the next time I go
Im right there with you! I have read that with PCOS, it can take 3-6 months to see results, consistency is key. We are trying to balance hormones and that can take time. Stick with it!
I have bought all these essential supplements that you have told for pcos but i am now more confused about when to take them can we take all of them in a day
Hi! Just wanna ask if the 12 % incline and 3km/hr is a minimum requirement? How far can I set the treadmill so as not to be bored with the routine and at the same time still get the same benefits of 12-3-30 method?
Ive got a question! I have a mini treadmill at home, however it doesn't have an incline! I do body weight and mini weight training at home too, but with no incline i was wondering how much i should be on a treatmill to lose weight? Ive been doing 3 speed, 45 minutes since my mini treadmill has no incline.

Thank you!! Looking forward to new videos from you guys!! ❤❤❤
Doing 16(6-4.8)45 min since last 3months lost 20 kg with alternate day fasting.
Glad you found what works for you!
is that the only exercise you did or did you mix it up to achieve weightloss?

My blood sugar was 164 before going on the treadmill and 232 after I did 12/3mph/30 minute walk.
If you did this before eating you had an insulin spike from the walk. Try after you eat a meal

Please share something about lean pcos... should we gain weight???
I've actually got a video up on my page with tons of information for you about Lean PCOS! 💖
I only have an under desk treadmill. No gym nearby. What can I do?
In one of your other workout videos, it was said to do the slow weighted workouts three times a week. How do we incorporate the treadmill workout? Is it in addition to the weighted workouts on those same three days?
In a typical week how many times should you exercise and how many workouts should be weights and how many should be walking?
In a past video he said 3-4 days a week of a weighted workout and on rest days walking for 30
PLEASE talk about PCOS and Menopause

Ma'am is zumba workout good for pcos patients or no
How can we do this challenge if we don't have treadmill, explain it please on ground
I love you trying not to laugh the whole video. 😂
This is interesting...so would you not recommend cycling at all if you have PCOS or not doing it for more than 30 mins a day and etc?

I don't have neither treadmill nor weights. Do you have no equipment programs for PCOS?
Would you do the same 12-3-30 if on an elliptical?
Any suggestion for an alternative workout for someone with a foot disability?
I have bought all these essential supplements that you have told for pcos but i am now more confused about when to take them can we take all of them in a day
If your treadmill only goes up to 10% incline, will it still work?
Yes it will. Try warm up and cool down as well with 1 min on each incline (reducing when you cool down)
I have an elliptical and a mini stepper, can those be an alternative?
Can we adopt this type for lean pcod ?
Won't knee pain be an issue if overweight people workout like this on a regular basis?
Kindly share the routine for lean pcos and dos and don'ts of it
Would you recommend you take ovasitol and inositol supplement at the same time?
they are the same thing
I have pcod can I also do this method and fallow your other video please tell me
Is it to do after a workout or alone?
How much and long should we exercise? I workout one hour a day seven days a week. Is it too much?
I think so
How many times a week would you recommend?
I will usually do 3-4 times per week! But do whatever works for you and your schedule 💕
Hi lovely 😂how should I know my pcos type 😢give me a clue 🤔 I have pcos in my lift side😢but
Hi! Just wanna ask if the 12 % incline and 3km/hr is a minimum requirement? How far can I set the treadmill so as not to be bored with the routine and at the same time still get the same benefits of 12-3-30 method?
3 miles per hour, not km. In km it is 4.83 km
@@aidaagnesthanks for clarifying. I also thought it was 3km
How would I do this method on an elliptical that does not have incline options?
lol my knees could never
Do you have hypothyroidism too or just pcos
12 incline
3mph
For 30 minutes
Madam can I do these workouts with bodyweight only without using weights like dumbbells?
Yes ofc no need of extra weight

Any kind of walking can help! A great hack to make it even more effective is to take a 10 minute walk after each meal 🥰
