    To be honest mate you really went OTT on refinements. Which would only add lots of extra costs. You are a bit over fussy, fella 😂

      Or actually comparing and contrasting with alternatives. Sorry for not being part of Nissan's marketing team.

    A likeable car that I could consider shortlisting, when I’m ready to buy my first EV in a few years time!

    Strange I drove one and thought the ride was good, and that's coming from Mercedes. E pedal is not important to me with auto hold in play so not sure why people bang on about it. I'm wondering if the range on this test is affected by weather and not much point in comparing it to an MG4 when it's a different class of car.

      Glad you liked it - did you test it at higher speeds too?

    • @scottcameron8936
      @scottcameron8936 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes on a bypass so up to 60ish mph. All good for me. So good I bought one.! I've tried EV6, Ioniq 5, EQA and Polestar. This was the best for by far.

    Nice review - however I like that fact it has normal door handles instead of the comical ones they have on other Evs as well as a rear wiper . Besides the ev6 is so low it’s a hatchback

    Good review. However these cars are about 10 grand over priced. IMHO

    We dud a test drive recently. Lovely interior and exterior design, very quiet, but rather lumpy urban ride for my taste. The big battery 87kwh doesn’t do much better than rivals’ 77kwh batteries, so I wonder how efficient it is. EV Database scores it a bit low in that department. Thanks for the review as always. The Auto EV reviewer raved over this car.

      @TotallyEV  ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks for sharing! Yes, good point regarding the efficient and size of the battery pack - still as far as consumers are impacted, its range did well in our tests.
      Indeed, feels a bit too wobbly; wonder if it'll be addressed in future revisions!

    The 329 range is the advance model (per Nissan)

      @TotallyEV  ปีที่แล้ว

      @@k5149 no worries, it was shown just before when comparing the battery pack models! But indeed, the Advance model does have the longest range (vs Evolve) by a mere 7 miles!

    Good review as uaual🙏🏻 One tiny correction: Nissan’s 2nd EV is called ENV-200 and has been on sale mostly as a van but it does exist in the passenger format

    Some time driving on behind Ev is frustrating ,specially when using one pedal drive ,no brake light on when stoped or in rainy high way road is difficult to see the Ev car brake light because using One pedal drive.

    • @TotallyEV
      @TotallyEV  11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Actually you'll find that the brake light will work when you're lifting off the accelerator pedal - we've even got a short video on it: th-cam.com/users/shortsjviIfeb48kw?feature=share
