I enjoy both style videos. If live stream style is more convenient I’m all for it!

I agree that this is a much more appealing ev than the toyota/subaru ones. The design is so cohesive and elegant. The lexus rz is nice too but its range is terrible in comparison to the Ariya

Thank you fr the review, especially when driving. Effectively they have to work on suspension in order to have a smoother feel.

I would like to see you review more Nissans. How about the refreshed 2024 Nissan Rogue

The dashboard initially took me by surprise, but touch buttons for AC/etc I would not be confident on having longevity. Although these manufacturers probably want to go entirely different on experience, hoping it gets people to buy. Hopefully you review the EX30 when it comes out. Which I'd go to a dealer to check out. Even if it's doubtful I'll buy a bEV any time soon

Honestly, I much prefer the RZ450e, BZ4X and Solterra designs. I am a Subaru junkie though, so there is that..

As an ev though, this is much better. The bz4x and solterra have terrible range

I own a 1997 Toyota Starlet (hatchback) and it has the boot flap that you're implying Japan is catching up to the Germans with
14:23 . I even remember as a school child in the late 1970s and early 1980s Toyota was already using the flap with the strings just like in the video. I worked for the Daihatsu dealer from 1986 for 16 years and every hatchback model of the Charade had this trunk flap. Maybe the different markets dictate where they use it but they're surely not catching up to the Germans on this one. Keep up the good work.

The paint color reminds me of one of the paint options on the 1981 Datsun 200SX (trunk badge had a "by Nissan" subscript). What is old is new again?

Love the design, but Nissan needs to improve the range to justify the price.

I'm curious, how do they pronounce the English letter "Z" in Japan? It seems like you can't make up your mind which one you want to use in this video. Did you learn it as the American pronunciation or the Canadian pronunciation? And if the latter, does calling it "Zed" feel unnatural to you?

He used the french pronunciation of letter Z

There are different opinions, but it seems that “zetto” is popular (the “o” rhymes with raw, not with row). Both ts are pronounced (shortly).

@@michaels3003 And that makes perfect sense, I'm just curious about why he was alternating.

The North American model does not come with HD Radio (Digital AM and FM). Very disappointing.
