Interesting video. Have you ever wondered why the Jewish Temple should have a region dedicated for Gentiles in the first place? Let's put this in context, what other religion's holiest site had an area for Jews, for example, or for people of other religions? The fact that the Temple had an area for Gentiles shows its inclusivity, not its exclusivity. See Kings 1 8:41-43. Judaism _is_ inclusive, but it has boundaries, and boundaries aren't bad.

Forgive me Lord, I have fallen short of your glory. There are so much tribulation in the world today, help me to remember to be of good cheer because you have overcome the world. Help me to remember who I am and who I belong to. Thank you Brandon my brother for this message. I realize it's very important to stay connected with the Word of God daily. It’s just like exercising, you miss a few days, months or years and then you realized you have fallen short of his glory.
John said it perfectly, “For everything in the world - The lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life. Aren’t those the very temptations that invade our own lives today? That pull at our peace - and cause us to take our eyes off God? God have mercy of us all!, I do not want to be a dead tree.

You're right, but if we stay connected (in the Word DAILY) - I know how connected we can be. When I stop reading the Word daily my flesh take control. I don't justify my sins anymore. The Lord said; he wouldn't put too much of us that we can't handle.
1 Corinthians 10:13 - There hath no temptation taken hold of you but such as is common to man. But God is faithful; He will not suffer you to be tempted beyond that which ye are able to bear, but with the temptation will also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.

How lazy are you? Read the whole Mark, why only 11, like if that is so wise! Who is all this people? Who are all of you? Is this a reunion of little kids? This guys is so full of it! 😂 he speaks like he knows so much, he is pushing the envelope on a simple story of the power of Jesus. If I Beas to start a video about all the clowns I encounter in TH-cam I will love to know how it will do, because all I have to do is taking this little talk shows and read the Bible directly and prove all the lies. God is the God of perfection, is better to be silent if your mouth will speak lies, contradicting the word in the Bible. So simple, the fig tree was supposed to give fruit just like the multiplication of the fish, just like the cure of the blind of the cripple of the sick. Very simple. So the tree with no fruit to the King of the world, when Jesus spoke to the seas the seas listened. So when the fig tree didn’t give him food, Jesus cursed the tree and the tree died and that was the proof of the power of Jesus. It doesn’t have nothing to do with the Jewish not accepting Jesus. That is easy to put and end to, because it is clear that Jesus came for the Jews and this guy said he didn’t, then he says about the fig tree something invented by him like if he is so wise! 😂😂😂 all you people are clowns!

right with and under the first leaves ,when the tree looks like dead . Always amazes me. I have always wondered about that story. For a fig tree to wither, is needs a miracle.

I was watching Jordan Peterson once when he said that the Bible is the most interlinked book there is. Everything is linked to everything. He even showed a picture of how how ridiculous it looked, the wires where one link was linked to another, was astounding. It was almost as if it’s a Brain of its own. And it makes you wonder why God is called the Logos. The Word. There is so much beauty in understanding that. Or why Paul said how the depth of the wisdom and knowledge of God is deep. And how it’s ways and judgements are unsearchable and untraceable (Romans 11). Every time I read it, I find something new. Every time. It’s almost as if the Word of God has a brain of its own. It’s not like any other book. And the best part is the Spirit also leads you to see or bring to Life the Word of God. And I think this is why it’s very important to hide the Word of God in your heart. Because you become like the word. The image of God, just like God intended in Adam to be.
The Word of God is a living mind of the Divine Spirit. And you need the Holy Spirit, that is the key, to open up its living truth. Truth powerful enough to change your whole entire life every day. Reading the Word of God is like eating from the Tree of Life every day. And if you think I’m lying. Start reading from Genesis all the way to Revelation. Look at all the motifs that have to do with eating the tree of life, and you will be surprised how deep the rabbit hole is. I dare you. The Bible starts with Adam told to eat from the tree of life. But he fails to do that. It ends with John eating a little book, which alludes also to the Lambs Book of Life. Also, Jesus says no one has life if they don’t eat his flesh and drink his blood. And what did the Pharisees say? He is mad? Why? They were reasoning (tree of knowledge) , what seemed “good in their sight” like Eve did. That phrase in Genesis is interlinked with the one is Proverbs “do not lean in your own understanding” then, Wisdom when she speaks she says, “She is a tree of life to anyone who eats her” and again, there is another saying that says, “of all you can desire, none compares to her” , that Wisdom which is the Tree of Life, that cannot be compared to anyone in desire, is both also interlinked with Jesus and the Shepherd Lover of Song of Songs. The woman calls her lover “He is altogether Lovely(desirable)” her lover playing Jesus. And another saying also goes like, “The DESIRE of nations shall come”, and when Jesus comes he says, “Greater than Solomon (full of wisdom) is here”. If you link all that together. Jesus is the Wisdom that is the Tree of Life that all men desire. And why is he desired, because he is the only one who fulfilled the commandment God gave Adam. “Subdue the earth”. Jesus subdued all things. He “conquered the gates of the enemies” that the sons of Abraham failed to die. He conquered all things. Especially death, hell and the grave. Adam failed to conquer all things. And this then goes back to wisdom. What is wisdom? Wisdom is the skill in war. No wonder Christ was Wisdom. He won the war that made the angels ask, “Who is this King of Glory?” He opened the everlasting gates. And fulfilled the decree that Adam failed, “to subdue” Adam failed to subdue the serpent and the tree of Knowledfe. Christ however did, “crushing the head of the serpent”, why the heel? “Wherever the sole of your feet shall tread, I have given you that land” ( I didn’t paraphrase it correctly, but it went something like that) but that phrase is a mutation of the “subdue the earth” . Imagine how deep this goes?! It’s divinely exhausting.

      Jesus Cleanses the Temple
15 So they came to Jerusalem. Then Jesus went into the temple and began to drive out those who bought and sold in the temple, and overturned the tables of the money changers and the seats of those who sold doves. 16 And He would not allow anyone to carry wares through the temple. 17 Then He taught, saying to them, “Is it not written, ‘My house shall be called a house of prayer for all nations’? But you have made it a ‘den of thieves.’ ”
Jesus do what is right about the temple because instead they worship God with their goods. Which what they earn in their blessing in return God. But instead they let Gentiles steal their blessing by those uncleanse gifts. Which not from the blessing God to they and not their fruit. Means they have no fruit. Example you harvest but the other is one who earn. The Gentiles and buyers become entitled stealers because instead the Israel will become the central of fruitfulness and wealth and offer to God. The Fruits they earn for God become for the sellers. The Gentiles was taking away the wealth of Israel. Because the Israel rely on gentiles.

And yet Jesus told us that we know what God wants by being in peace and listening to our teacher, the Holy Spirit. So why would he go on a rampage? It's almost as if he no longer gives a fig about being peaceful. Trees depend on pollinators to bear fruit. So Jesus would have been taking his anger out on the tree for what the wind or insects didn't do. Old Testament prophesy gets in the way of Jesus' true teaching that the way to greater love is through peace.

Jesus did not "kill" the tree....even though it can certainly be spoken of that way in the bible record, as whatever or WHOEVER has been separated from God's sustaining power, death and decay instantly follows...Jesus merely withdrew His life-giving power from the pretending-fig tree, and of course, once left on its on without the life-sustaining nurishment from God, it instantly wither....as He also warned those of us who are tempted to separate ourselves from God in Deuteronomy 30:20: "That you may love the Lord your God and that you may obey His voice, and that you may cling to Him...for He IS your life, and the length of your days...." and Proverbs 8 "all those who hate Me love death" and Psalm 2:12 "Kiss the Son (Hebrew meaning for kiss is literally embrace, kiss, cling to) lest He be angry and you perish in the way. @@audieabel1261 Actually...I could respond to your epic-evil rants/accusations against God post....but I won't....instead, I say only one thing, and I only say it to clear up the lies and misconception about our Beautiful, loving Creator which certain people (like you) spread when you misread the old testament (called the scriptures in the bible) and take out of context texts in the bible because of your general ignorance (not offense intended) of ancient Hebrew and Palestinian cultures, and how the scriptures were actually written....
For now, I will only point you back to our Perfect Example, the WORD Himself, and let Him explain why so much cruelty and suffering were committed in His name:
Read Matthew 19:3-9 when the Pharisees tried to quote the law of Moses to Jesus (the part which seemed to justify divorce), and then Jesus turn their question around
and left a piercing TRUTH which shows US TODAY WHY such laws were even given in the first place----because of the rebellion, hard-heartedness of Israel....
Which consequently caused our loving Creator to condescend and give them something which He did not want to do....ALL so that by realizing their utter inability to work out their own salvation, it would lead them to SEE their sins, and SEE their great need for the promised Savior who would cleanse them from those sins.....
Jesus sheds light on why those statutes were delivered to the prone-to apostasy Israel:
"Moses, BECAUSE OF THE HARDNESS OF YOUR OWN HEARTS, SUFFERED (or PERMITTED) YOU TO PUT AWAY YOUR WIVES....BUT FROM THE BEGINNING, IT WAS NOT SO...."
Then read Ezekiel 20:24,25 "because they had not executed My judgements, but had DESPISED My statutes, and had polluted My Sabbaths, and their eyes went after their Father's idols....WHEREFORE I GAVE THEM ALSO STATUTES THAT WERE NOT GOOD, AND JUDGEMENTS WHEREBY THEY SHOULD NOT LIVE"...and Paul concurs in Galations 3:19 when he says: "wherefore then serveth the law? It was added (or emphasized) BECAUSE OF TRANSGRESSION (whose transgression you might ask? Israel's) TILL the SEED (in verse 16, it is revealed this Seed is Christ Himself) should come to whom the promise was made"....
So Paul here (and Jesus in Matthew 19 and Ezekiel 20) Very clearly says right there that the law was only Emphasized (notice that Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob did not need the law given to them amid the thunder and fire of Sinai because they already had it and appreciated it through faith) because of the sins and hard-heartedness of the people of Israel....and furthermore, that God would suffer Israel to exist under such old-covenant laws of types and shadows until the coming of Christ Himself-the Living Law-who would fulfill all types and shadows and who would write the law, not this time on cold tables of stone which could of itself produce no righteousness in the hearts of the hearers....but instead, Christ would place His sacred law in the hearts and characters of all who would seek to turn away from sin and have FAITH and believe in Him as their personal Savior and Redeemer.
Notice, Christ did not NEED to give such laws to Abraham....because Abraham had FAITH in God, unlike His rebellious children the tribes of Israel...and "Abraham Believed in God and it was counted to him for righteousness (see also John 3:16) -Genesis 15:6. Abraham knew of Christ, and because he believed in and appreciated Christ's Great humiliation and sacrifice for him as his Redeemer from the power of sin, and this appreciation and heart-felt belief in Christ was Abraham's faith and it was counted to him for righteousness (keeping the commandments of God-see Psalms 119:172, Deuteronomy 6:25).....and therefore, Christ could truly say of Abraham in Genesis 26:5 "because Abraham obeyed My voice, and kept (CHERISHED) My charge, My commandments, My statutes, and My laws..."-Note: He could not say the same of Abraham's great-great-grandchildren who left Egypt. And note-Abraham was NOT a man of violence either like His descendants later became....
And that is why Christ said to the unbelieving Jews of Abraham in John 8: "If you were actually Abraham's seed, then you would do the works of Abraham...but now you seek to kill Me, a man who has told you the truth as I have heard of God...Abraham did not do this....Your father Abraham rejoiced to see My day and he saw it, and was glad"....
So again in conclusion, everything you quoted in the above passages were either scriptures taken out of context or things which were really given as types and shadows meant to guide apostate Israel "as a school master" to show them their errors and show them their great need of the Savior...such things were given to the people WITHIN their apostasy until the Seed, Christ Himself, should come....and Christ pointed the Jews right back to that purer Faith of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob from where they First went astray....and because Christ did so, they sought to murder Him....
I could go on much deeper but time would fail me...I hope and pray that this will clear up some of the misapprehension about the true character of God and will instead reveal our merciful Redeemer for who He really is, in all His tender love, compassion, and forgiveness....as Paul said in 1 Corinthians 13:
"for now we see through a glass darkly, but then, face to face...."
May God continue to give you further light from His word.....amen....

There is no “Israel” today! Through his apostle Paul, God completely divorced and cast away the nation (except for those that had believed Jesus was the Messiah) in Acts 28:29-31 KJV! Think about it! Jesus had promised to return and give them the kingdom before that generation passed away (Matt 16:28; 10:23 KJV) but he didn’t keep that promise! Why? Because his bride-to-be kept saying NO to his proposal of remarriage and a true gentleman would never force himself upon her! But a jilted lover is known to get upset when his advances are rejected, and that’s what they saw in 70 AD when everything - a city of their own, a glorious temple, and a sacrificial system to absolve their sins - was destroyed along with over a million Jews! The Romans did it, yes, but, remember, God had the power to stop it and he didn’t. After Acts 28:28-31, Paul wrote the word Israel I think not more than twice; he never quoted the OT again after doing it constantly in Acts; and pretty much ceased talking about the Jews but referred to those Jews and Greeks still with him as “the saints.” There was little to no evangelism of Jews or Greeks anymore after Acts; there was mostly exhortation to godly living and comforting of the saints - as Israel’s ship sank forever into the annals of history (no matter who tries to insist that country today in that region is actually “Israel.”)

The Church (ecclesia) is the true Israel and Israel is the Church. God always blesses a righteous remnant, eg. the remnant during the days of Noah, the remnant entering the promised land, and the righteous remnant who were saved by escaping Jerusalem before the great tribulation in 70 AD. God gave the Hebrews 40 years to repent before Jerusalem was judged and destroyed. The second spiritual coming and the marriage of Christ to His church took place in 70 AD, but the marriage was with the righteous remnant of Israel only. The "physical Israel" today is of the Synagogue of Satan in Revelation.

In order to bear much fruits, one must remain in Me, the True Vine (John 15:5). The Vine is His Church founded on the 12 Apostles (Revelation 21:14) with St. Peter as His Vicar (Pope) on earth, vesting him with His Authority by giving him the keys to the Kingdom of Heaven (Matthew 16:18-19), and sent to all nations to teach ALL He commanded and baptize for redemption of souls down to the end of ages (John 10:21, Matt 28:20, Mark 16:16). Our Lord is the Head of His Church, His Body and Bride whom He saves (Eph 5:23). So one can rightly say that the Father, thru the Son, killed the fig tree.

The forbidden tree in the garden of Eden was a fig tree. Not an apple tree. That's why Christ cursed it. Because of the misery and collective pain He saw while Incarnating, that this Fall from grace brought upon humanity... .

This is just what I was wanting yesterday as I was reading through a chapter of Mark. Dr Jim Tour's testimony when I watched it last month inspired me to start reading the Bible again, every morning and every night, with the goal of reading it right through from Genesis to Revelation. I had no idea about the back story to those incidents in Mark that Brandon has revealed here, I was delighted to watch this and learn the reasons behind Jesus doing these things. Thank you Brandon.

    Thank you for this!
I arrived at this passage after asking the Lord, "Why did Jesus walk on water and why did He have Peter take part in that account? What purpose was there?" The thought came that Jesus "must be about his Father's business." I saw that, when He is doing the Father's work, the natural creation supported His effort. Peter was able to join Him on the water because Jesus had called him out of the boat. So, we can also believe that, when we are called, our effort to do the Father's work will be supported, too.
Then, I remembered Jesus' encounter with the people of Nazareth. He could only heal a few there and He "marveled at their unbelief." My mind then went to the Samaritan woman at Jacob's well and the return of the disciples from the nearby village. When they asked Him if He had gotten anything to eat, Jesus told them, "My food is to do the will of my Father."
Now, He enters Jerusalem and looks for food - to do the will of His Father - and finds a fig tree that, while proclaiming its health, produces no fruit. I asked, "Why DIDN'T it bear fruit for the One who came?" The answer had to be that it was not the will of the Father that the tree bear for Jesus. It was to be a sign. A sign of unbelief.
I came to realize, as this video so plainly shows, that what was coming out of the temple was unbelief. The Levitical Priesthood was barren. It would not respond, as the water in Cana, the bread loaves and fishes, the Sea of Galilee, to the presence of the Son. So, I think that Jesus was also cursing that priesthood, proclaiming, "No one shall ever eat from you again!" Did He mean that the Father would no longer minister through that old covenant? Was this the first we see of the transition from the Old Mosaic covenant to the new? I think so.
But, I also think that the tree being a fig tree reflects back to the fall of Adam and Eve. They lost their clothing of innocence and felt the need to cover their shame. The used fig leaves. We do the same, only we use religion to proclaim our "righteousness" before God. The Mosaic Law proved that to be impossible and we see it here, in the temple courts. In the end, I feel that Jesus was declaring that God the Father would not inhabit any religious system ever again, as He had in the days of His tabernacle. He would, as Jesus told the Samaritan woman, be worshipped in spirit and truth.
The account doesn't end with the dead fig tree, though. When the disciples express their amazement, Jesus motions to a mountain and proclaims that if they have the faith of a mustard seed, the mountain will be removed. What mountain? The Temple mountain, the Mountain of Unbelief. We can move such mountains when we believe the Father and go about His business.

I always wonder about Jesus simply saying "Follow Me", and then the apostles one by one would drop everything and followed him. I found this amazing article and I was balling my eyes out, because it gave me a whole new appreciation for His love for us. 😥😇😥💕
It's called: "MAY YOU BE COVERED WITH THE DUST OF YOUR RABBI"
In the New Testament a Rabbi would call a new disciple by saying, “Follow Me,” it meant from that time forward their life would change drastically as they would be dead to their old life and alive to their new life. They would literally leave everything they knew and begin to follow their new teacher.
~If you were called to follow a Rabbi, you would be taking their set of rules and their teaching upon you, with the idea that one day you would perpetuate their ideas to future generations. A Rabbi’s set of teachings in that day was called their “yoke.” This is what Jesus was talking about when he said, “Come unto Me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for … For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light” (Matthew 11:28-30). The Rabbis of Jesus’ day put a heavy yoke loaded with burdens on men and did not help to lift them.
~Around the age of 14 or 15 years old, the young men would finish their schooling and the Rabbis would go to these schools and question these young men. They would then choose the best of the best to be their disciples and would call them using the same phrase that Jesus used, “Follow Me.” The Rabbi wanted to find out if you had what it takes to spread his yoke. The new disciple would then leave his hometown and everything he knew, and would follow him everywhere, giving his life to be exactly like his Rabbi. The student would follow the Rabbi and literally imitate him in every way, especially his teaching and mannerisms.
~As one would leave and begin to follow, others would say to him, “May you be covered with the dust of your Rabbi.” The students followed him so closely that the dust from the road that came from the feet of the Rabbi would cover the disciple. That should be the desire of every disciple of Christ, to walk so close to him that we would be covered with his dust.
~If a young man was rejected by the Rabbi, he would say to him, “Go home, have children, and pray that they may become a Rabbi. Go home and ply your trade (go home and learn the family business).”
~Matthew 4:18-22 describes Jesus calling four of his disciples to follow him, “And Jesus, walking by the sea of Galilee, saw two brethren, Simon called Peter, and Andrew his brother, casting a net into the sea: for they were fishers.
~(Why were these men fisherman, because they were not chosen to be a potential Rabbi; they were plying their trade.) And he saith unto them, Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men. And they straightway left their nets, and followed him. And going on from thence, he saw other two brethren, James the son of Zebedee, and John his brother, in a ship with Zebedee their father, mending their nets; and he called them. And they immediately left the ship and their father, and followed him.
~Jesus calling these young men was just the same as saying, “I believe you can be like me and I believe you have potential, you have what it takes. I believe God can use you.” This was one of the greatest privileges in their culture.
~Imagine you were on the shore when this scene unfolds. Jesus walks by and calls James and John, the sons of Zebedee, they drop everything and immediately begin to follow Jesus. I would have thought that their father would have said, “… you kids now a days, running off, leaving me with all this work, where do you think you’re going.” Nothing like that was spoken. I imagine that Zebedee ran home and said something like this, “The boys aren’t with me mom, a Rabbi, Jesus of Nazareth, came along and called our boys, and he thinks that they have what it takes to be a Rabbi someday.” Maybe the next morning, he sees the usual men preparing for the day’s work that is ahead of them and he can’t wait to brag on his sons. I assure you that this became the talk of the town, Zebedee’s family stock soared that day, and this is what every father dreamed of for his son.
~I often wondered why Peter would get out of a perfectly good boat in the middle of a storm. His Teacher was not in the boat and he wanted to be just like him, so he stepped out and walked on the water. Peter would rather be surrounded by the waves and be with Jesus than to be in a safe boat without him. Peter wanted to be covered with the dust of his Rabbi, to follow Him. What Jesus did, Peter wanted to do, where Jesus was, Peter wanted to be.
May you be covered with the dust of your Rabbi!
~I was just thinking about how Jesus washed His dust off of the feet of his disciples. They were dirty, because they followed so closely behind Him. It was now time for them to step up, and have the world follow what they have to say about Jesus! Yet Judas was covered in that same dust, but he decided to betray him like billions of so-called Christians today that do not obey Jesus, but are still choosing to obey their flesh!
Written by Pastor Tim Bartee in Sidney.
I was in church for 50 years and I never read my Bible and then 5.5 years ago I almost killed myself, and then Lord reminded me that it only takes 1 Day to Listen to the dramatized New Testament Bible. Ever since then I've been reading/listening to my Bible cover to cover every single month.. While I drive, walk, work, clean, bathe... So who needs TV or social media when we've got The Word of God that sets us free. I suddenly had a radical conversion and surrendered my ENTIRE life to Christ...after I read 1st JOHN 3:9-10, it Absolutely scared me too the core and I stopped making excuses for my sin. I was kidnapped for sex trafficking the very day that I ran away from home after my mom had murdered my twin baby sisters she said she was going to murder me. After God saved my soul that day, Now I truly love God with all my heart, all my mind, all my sou, andl all my strength. He healed my Mind Body Soul and Spirit.. Ever since then I've never experienced anger, fear, unforgiveness, guilt, shame, rejection, bitter, lustful thoughts, loneliness, worry/stress, lying, gossip, etc 🎉 I can't believe that I used to think I was Born Again, not even close, but more like a Foolish Virgin. When I go out and evangelist I just ask people to Push Play and let the TRUTH set you free!!! The area I live in is filled with so many lukewarm Christians it's heartbreaking, but Jesus said it would be this way in the last days.

    VERY well done, Brandon!
He said, "Seek and ye shall find." Truth is uncovered when you dig; don't usually get much sittin' on the couch.
Thanks for opening the gospel (and, of course, posting.)
Lived in southern Europe and Turkey for years, so - of course - I often saw these little fig like nubs, even BEFORE the leaves came out, but I didn't put two and two together.
He speaks, in another place, about fig trees. He gives "signs of the end" in Matthew 24, but He says, after listing the signs ,"...the end is not yet...". Then He says, "Now learn a parable of the fig tree: when it putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh. So, likewise, when ye see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors."
    (Matthew 24:32, 33)
They had asked Him when the end will come. He gave them signs but He made it clear that NO ONE knew "the day nor the hour", neither the angels, nor even the Son, but as Paul makes clear, "Ye are not in darkness that that day should overtake you as a thief..."
( 1Thessalonians 5:4) He says we can tell (by the signs... and there are many) when it is near.

    THIS IS KEY!!!
Rightly dividing is what opened my eyes, gave me understanding, and gave me assurance.
No Christians can truly be established by God today, until they first become established by Paul’s gospel.
By the cross of Christ we are dead from the rudiments of the world
“Before you can convince me of error, you first need to demonstrate that you understand what I’m saying”- Charles finney.
Peter preached the cross as a murder indictment to isreal that they killed their messiah and they need to repent of that and get ready because he’s coming back. he didn’t preach the cross as a glorious thing. Paul did.
How can a man be saved unless he hears the Gospel? Faith comes by hearing and hearing the word of God. And the word they need to hear is “Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:”
    ‭1 Corinthians 15:1-4 KJV‬
That Christ died for you, was buried and rose again on the third day according to scriptures. This is the only belief that saves. Christ died for ALL sins- past, present, and future. The payment has already been made. People just need to accept that free gift of eternal salvation. By trusting in the death burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ clears your sin debt eternally and baptizes you into the body of Christ. And then Christ will fashion you unto good works and guide you in spirit to come to the knowledge of the truth according to the mystery.
“As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him: Rooted and built up in him, and stablished in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving. Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.”
    ‭‭Colossians‬ ‭2:6-8‬ ‭KJV‬‬
Any church that you go into and sit, if that church is not structured and modeled to take you and show you who you are in Christ, to make him the focal point and to show you all that God has freely given you in Christ, then it is a religion that will rob you of your spiritual growth, unsearchable riches in Christ, and possibly salvation. They’ll keep you in bondage.
“Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.”
    ‭2 Timothy 2:15 KJV‬
‭This is Gods commandment to the body of Christ.^^ Study, Study, study. This is what builds your armor and faith in the word of God.‬
Literally tens of thousands of groups claim and quote the Bible. But they all have starkly opposing views. How can they use the same text to promote these anti ethical views? Whom are we to believe? How do we solve these contradictions?
The Bible’s first verse notifies us of division- heaven and earth ( Genesis 1:1). Which is present even in the Bible’s closing book (Revelation 21:1). As expected, God has a program that concentrate on heaven ( mystery; Romans 16:25) and another program that focuses on earth ( prophecy; acts 3:21). Also he has one agency that he will use in heaven (the church the body of Christ; Ephesians 2:6,7), and another he will use on earth (the nation of Israel; Exodus 19:5,6). All of God’s dealings with mankind can be divided into three time periods- “times past”(past), “but now” (present), and “the ages to come” (future), Ephesians 2:7, 11-13.
As today’s scripture indicates, we seek Gods approval not a church or preachers approval. During bible study it is always crucial to our spiritual wellbeing that we note the author and audience of the passage/book, lest we claim verses that God never promised us. We should not steal Israel’s verses, and she not take ours. This is rightly dividing the word of truth. Every bible verse fits into one of those two programs- prophecy or mystery- and we must never mix those programs and their unique doctrines.
Part of the Bible is written to us gentiles in the dispensation of grace ( mystery program)- Paul’s epistles, Roman’s through Philemon. And the rest of the Bible deals with Israel and her earthly prophetic kingdom program. If we mix these programs, contradictions (and denominations) will arise. Oh the confusion.
Church tradition and careless theologians have done is a great disservice, wrongly dividing Gods word, trying to apply verses to us that God never gave us. ( instead he gave them to Israel).
Dispensational bible study is the only way to understand Gods word. For this is the way God himself designed his word to be studied.
    Right division is key
They are without understanding, and God said they that committed such thing are worthy of death, they are without excuse
They don’t want the righteousness of God, they want their own righteousness
“Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful:”
    ‭‭Romans‬ ‭1:31‬ ‭KJV‬

Wrong... As a mater of fact NO One asked Paul to explain Jesus's parables and there is a reason Jesus left of his WORDS in parables. I don't need Paul to explain to me what Jesus said, I can read it for myself and the Holy Spirit will do the rest.

Context is everything! Thanks for sharing this Brandon...there's so much in this. Just a little while ago I was reading Mark 11 in particular just pondering about "say to this mountain and it will be removed" - unfortunately every time I hear a preacher discuss it the mountain is your own personal problem or obstacle etc. Oh our little petty self-centered views of such things. Anyway the word "THIS" (this mountain) really stuck out to me, and looking at the context - from the beginning of Mark 11 they went from Bethany into Jerusalem several times - so the mountain Jesus was referring to was the one He was looking at while going into Jerusalem from Bethany... the temple mount! Goes hand in hand with everything you say about the fig tree. And I did not know the reference to Jeremiah, Jesus was fulfilling prophecy! God's word can be incredible!

This is definitely something that I never really understood. But thanks to you, I now have something else to think on and attempt to teach others. And yes, i do struggle with speaking to others about God's word. I hope that God will help me overcome this so more can be saved.

Wow, that was so beautiful, everytime we learn more of our Lord & Savior Jesus Christ. Thank you with all my heart & soul for everything you did & everything you teach us, i love you & the Most High Heavenly Father. Please, i ask, to continue to guide us through these days which seem to be controlled by wicked people, wicked spirits whose purpose is to get people to stray from you, guide us to defend ourselves and protect our families and spread your word & love to every corner of the earth, to do this in Your Time Father, Your Time Jesus, to use us as instruments for Your Will, to keep ourselves and others away from this wickedness and bring the confused to see Your Heart and what you did & continue to do for us and may this prayer bring everyone closer to you who reads this. In Your Name Jesus & Your Father & The Holy Spirit, Amen.
    God bless everyone❤
