Yo thanks for helping I would have never figured it out so basically u have to do it diffrently on the newer Xbox’s because when u turn it off then on it doesn’t say xbox on the gree screen for a while it just loads u in so what u need to do is turn off your console and unplug the power cable and it should do the green xbox thing and work

Everyone what the guy said didn’t work for me but I was able to figure it out. Hold down the power button to the xbox for 10 seconds then wait about 30 second turn on again and when urge green Xbox screen pops up turn on your controller. Hope this helps!!

Restart your box.
