For everyone wondering this usally happens becouse of your internet. If you had like a router issue or just after restarting your router it happens just plug out the power source to your Xbox.
It's somekind of a network glitch where your Xbox can't download your cloud saved data that's why u can't acces your games.
Btw big thanks for the fixes.

thank you so much, the method that worked for me was re plugging everything, i guess sometimes there can be a power surge while the xbox consoles are off but the power is still flowing though it. Taking out the power cord and plugging it again started all my games. thanks again

Hang on I’ve friend everything, the disc isn’t scratched and I’ve got the game downloaded I was literally playing it an hour ago and turned my x box off. Turned it back on and it says insert disc and make sure it’s clean but it’s not scratched and I’ve cleaned it

Gryblp Blp let me know what happens to your console I downloaded destiny a couple of months ago now every digital game crashes 2 minutes into loading only ones that work are discs and backwards compatible games :/

just go on to anther acc so both acc is on stay on second try to load that up if that 2acc loads the game sign out of it and it should work but that for non disc works on xbox one don't know about pls4

I restarted my Xbox restarted my router removed my account added it back uninstalled and installed restarted through settings opened my Xbox to clean dust cleared persistent storage reset my game shut down my console and this still happens
