Okay this is a mistake people are are making. Even if Sony bought Kadokawa it wouldn't count as an actual monopoly. In Japan the biggest company to pulishes manga is Shueisha. buying kadokawa wouldn't count as a monopoly since even Kadokawa doesn't make as much Shueisha. the only place it would be considered a monopoly would be the west so the america's and eruope, but even then since this a primarily a manga publisher, that doesn't really change much in other countries, the only governing body that would have a say in this is the Japanese government. And the reason why Sony was allowed to purchase Crunchyroll in the west will be the same reason Sony will be allowed to buy Kadokawa. That reason being there is competion even if it is big or small from Hidive to Netflix. and also Viz is owned by Shueisha not Disney.

Game Pass + $30 isn't bad at all considering this is a somewhat fresh COD title with tons of classic features that should be in every COD regardless.

My BIGGEST question is if you get the game with game pass, will the vault upgrade give you the benefits???
