All of this looks so easy when other people are doing it but when I tried to go backwards the last two times it was terrifying haha. I rolled like 2 metres and then would freak out. I'll get there eventually though!

This one is a really bad habit of mine. I’ve improved a lot, but this one is my persistent bad habit. I just get caught up in the groove and the moves.
But here lately the habit has been on its way out. Hopefully for good lol.

So I’m getting the concept my feet just aren’t lol at least not smoothly when I try to angle my feet inward I end up moving back too fast. Ntm I’m one foot dominant
