@777second Did you watch the video? The video shows the chemical process involved in the restoration and everything. The video shows the proper cleaning, priming and painting of each piece.
Also both grips clean coz they needed them to move bike into place of "abandonement". Like, it was probably cheap bike still but definitely had some "makeup"
Am I the only one who thinks his tools are very professional? Especially the ratchet set he took out at the end of the assembly...🥰🥰I love these tools. For me, I am more interested in his tools than his entire restoration process. Hahaha😄😄😄

It seems that this bike was recently abandoned for this video purpose only. Because there was no significant rust or damage was present, and even the handle was not jammed and it was moving smoothly and with the very first wash the rust started to come out. Cannot support fake restorations.

I wonder what they sprayed it with to make the plastic fairing look rusty. You got unbelievably LUCKY that the tires and vinyl seats didn't crack. Why did you sandblast the wheels but not the frame? Dry ice removes rust? That wiring harness looks brand new! I'm only 1/2 way through and am astonished that they are trying to pass this off. Try to do better for your next fake restoration. 🤨

how old is this motorbike? What year was it made? It looks like this motorbike is not very old. I just think it was put outside for 1 year and cleaned the rest of the time. For the price of 10 USD you get motorbike tires and an engine that can actually still be repaired, you're lucky. btw is that a car or a motorbike? 1:49

Yo.... you literally disassemble EVERY single part, cleaned them all, and reassembled them back together like if it was freshly first built. How did you remember where every screw/part goes!? You have good memory. Also, how long did it took from first spraying it with the foam, to adding the final touches and fuel?
Personally besides the paint and spark plug being new. This dude did an amazing job. Taking one mans trash into treasure for someone else. Great job my brotha!!!!

Bro, how many hours did you spend on this!!! Tires seem new, which have hairs of a new tire. How come the inside of the engine was so clean, no rust at all. Did you use some other engine?? Awesome work, nevertheless.
Why pull the motor and gearbox apart? There was nothing wrong with it, just lean the carby, clean piston and valves, new rings and spark plug. Why did he have to split the gearbox open and remove all the bearings? No need unless he wanted to make his video longer!
I guess he just left the motor outside for a few months and the engine is well inside, If left for many years, the engine oil will dry out and the engine parts will turn yellowish brown.
Was thinking the same. It looks like it was on the bottom of a river however when the engine came apart it did not look it was at the bottom of a river. The engine was taken apart but shock absorbers and brake parts were not. The inside of the tank also wasn't cleaned It also still had air in the tires for some odd reason 😂
He’s all right he did a good job. At least he took it apart. Put it back together. It’s relaxing to watch. I like it fake or not. He did do the work. I’ll give him credit for that but it’s not what he says it is..

They didn't even try to clean the bike properly before dismantling it, just some sort of foam, then sprinkled with a garden hose. This motorcycle is in far far better condition than they would have you believe.
Otra cosa que deves saver es que si vien los motores cg varilleros parte con el levas vuelto asia arriva o asia avajo tambien deves saver que solo uno de los dos tiempos es el correcto ya que en ambas posisiones quedan a tiempo pero los motores no travajan bien sincronisados la forma correcta es poner la t y la rralla en tiempo muerto superior pero con el levas asua avajo osea en descanso con la punta asia avajo asi estara realmente a tiempo y de favrica y valvulas en .05 amision .06 escape o 8.admicion .10 escape
Es gibt mittlerweile spezielle Lackfarben, die Neues, wie Alt aussehen lassen, das war hier der beste Beweis, ok einiges musste erneuert und gereinigt werden ... aber das Motorrad war nicht alt und auch nicht kaputt und schon gar nicht verrostet, denn Plastik kann nunmal nicht rosten !
could you not have checked to see that the first time he got it, those vent spews were already there. Plus you don't ride a bike; the tyres on it's sides so obviously there would still be some left if not all.

Brakes aren't sized, tyres not flat , seat not ripped / torn or worn out in any way , I call fake like so many others here . Just call it a project and don't say oh this is how I got the bike , I have a few bikes in storage never did I've have rust !!!! Why pull the motor and gearbox apart? There was nothing wrong with it, just lean the carby, clean piston and valves, new rings and spark plug. Why did he have to split the gearbox open and remove all the bearings? No need unless he wanted to make his video longer!
I guess he just left the motor outside for a few months and the engine is well inside, If left for many years, the engine oil will dry out and the engine parts will turn yellowish brown.

Was thinking the same. It looks like it was on the bottom of a river however when the engine came apart it did not look it was at the bottom of a river. The engine was taken apart but shock absorbers and brake parts were not. The inside of the tank also wasn't cleaned
It also still had air in the tires for some odd reason

They didn't even try to clean the bike properly before dismantling it, just some sort of foam, then sprinkled with a garden hose.
This motorcycle is in far far better condition than they would have you believe.
By looking at the tyres its pretty clear that this is not a old bike ..
Otra cosa que deves saver es que si vien los motores cg varilleros parte con el levas vuelto asia arriva o asia avajo tambien deves saver que solo uno de los dos tiempos es el correcto ya que en ambas posisiones quedan a tiempo pero los motores no travajan bien sincronisados la forma correcta es poner la t y la rralla en tiempo muerto superior pero con el levas asua avajo osea en descanso con la punta asia avajo asi estara realmente a tiempo y de favrica y valvulas en .05 amision .06 escape o 8.admicion .10 escape

Es gibt mittlerweile spezielle Lackfarben, die Neues, wie Alt aussehen lassen, das war hier der beste Beweis, ok einiges musste erneuert und gereinigt werden ... aber das Motorrad war nicht alt und auch nicht kaputt und schon gar nicht verrostet, denn Plastik kann nunmal nicht rosten !

could you not have checked to see that the first time he got it, those vent spews were already there. Plus you don't ride a bike; the tyres on it's sides so obviously there would still be some left if not all.

Brakes aren't sized, tyres not flat , seat not ripped / torn or worn out in any way , I call fake like so many others here . Just call it a project and don't say oh this is how I got the bike , I have a few bikes in storage never did I've have rust !!!! Really rust on plastic fairing, that's a new one to myself and other bike fans . Respect the biker , respect the biker
