    This is insanely painful and slow. It means it’s valuable.

    One of my target behaviours was Not Pretending. Also Invalidating myself. We worked on Interpersonal relationships Emotional Regulation then Distress Tolerance skills all underpinned by Mindfulness.

    I'm not an addict, but I believe I might have CPTSD. I find these taks valuable.

    I am finding that so many of his videos are very informative but incredibly discouraging and a little too harsh. I leave feeling like why even bothering trying. Im not an addict but i have major depressive disorder and CPTSD and frankly i know why i do what i do i just want to know how to heal and hope that i can do it..

    To clarify: Spiritual means to grow your awareness past your egoic self. To simplify - be less about you (this involves 'victimhood'). Concepts like 'God' are a tool to help people do this. Others use Bhuddism. Some use the awe of scientific discovery.
    See the pattern in all of these?
    Lots of love to all of you on your journey.

      disagree, agreeably...I need my ego, my self...but I need a moral, straight line to keep my choices inside goodness. I like jesus...love one another, be good and do good. damn hard to do...

    I am absolutely dumbfounded to see recovery in the Bible. Just enforces his love for us to me.

    How can someone do your recovery for you? You have to do it for yourself no matter what has happened to you in your life.

    I had one relapse not setting a boundary being around my ex I spent 3 years waiting for DBT at the last moment I overdosed. I've had the 18 month DBT and I want to share my experience and give people a chance to benefit from that experience? Could I come to react?

      @@CMoore8539 Is it expensive?

    • @CMoore8539
      @CMoore8539 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      ildiko ivanyi It depends on where you live. There’s always free services, just harder to find. Where are you from?

      Lol! I know its expensive. My issues are not as much addiction but complex ptsd and borderline. Good luck accessing help for this stuff though. It's expensive

    47:31 Warning signs: Not sleeping on time. This messes up my routine. (Keep reading and listen! 🚨👀)
    Remember the importance of keeping a sleep time for my recovery. It may look like a small thing but it is not. This is a sign I need to strengthen that adult part in myself that he talked about earlier. (A must rewatch video.)
