Appreciate the video very much! Was wondering if you could do one on the cheek area and demonstrate the pufferfish exercise where you fill the cheeks with air and hold it in for a while before alternating?

Please could you do a video with minimal cues/ talking? I really do appreciate your direction but would also like a quieter video where I can enjoy the soothing and relaxing qualities of these exercises

Hi Shelley! Yes that is my primary focus with all of these workouts, strength work to maintain the integrity of the muscle and gentle massage to release tension that could be causing statin wrinkles xx
