You are so creative and so holistic in the exercises you offer. It all makes so much sense. Your focus on preventative pragmatic actions instead of only quick fixes makes a huge difference for me. I agree wholeheartedly. I feel more relaxed and stronger after your workouts and I've only done 2! The acupressure that I've learned in only 2 videos has begun to relieve brow, eye, jaw, chin, and cheek tension that I have felt desperate to feel relief from. Hi Lisa, when i am doing the jaw definer exercises, my jaw is super hard almost like rock, i feel sometimes my fingers can not run smoothly, do you have any tip to improve it ? Thank youii
Hi there lovely! Are you a jaw clencher? I apparently do it in my sleep and I can experience tightness too! It is just a matter of time and practice, you will notice over the next few months the adhesions and knots will become much more relaxed, just like body massage it takes time and patience to see a difference, just be gentle, try not to rush it, and you will see and feel the difference over time! x
Hi Shelley! Yes that is my primary focus with all of these workouts, strength work to maintain the integrity of the muscle and gentle massage to release tension that could be causing statin wrinkles xx
