      Thank you Lisa so much for your exercises and for not trying to sell something every five seconds. I have a question because particularly when I pucker lips for thee exercises I get a lot of lines around my chin and lips even when I pull my skin I still make lines around chin (for ex exercise two cheek sculptor).       Hi, Lisa! My favorite exercise is the one for the forehead. I always thought we should only relax this part, but just learned how to do a strength exercise on a deeper lever. I really like facial exercises, and it would be great to know how your grandmother learned them. Also, it would be very nice if you could make a video explaining the principles of it.       I don't thinks it's a good idea to stretch my skin, even with oil, or face 😐 cream

    I'm a little confused about the one where you envision your wrinkles going to the back. Are you actually doing something with your muscles, or just envisioning it? Like, pretending? Like mind over matter?

    Some of these are very difficult. I literally can’t do the one where you purse your lips then move them sideways; I can move them without pursing my lips but if I purse my lips they don’t move. Is there a trick to get them moving? Thank you

    Yes we all gonna die at some point in time but these exercises are for us to look good whilst we are alive not tonsave us from death, so please allow us to do so

    Many years ago there was a face improver instructor who came up with a whole series of exercises, so called Jazzexercises, I am not sure. She had a decent kind of face untouched by wrinkles, or so it seemed. The exercises were not easy and certainly demanded a lot of effort. Which is fine if it works. Unfortunately, it turned out she had had gone through several plastic surgeries which secret she revealed in a video. Possibly that video is still somewhere in the YT network. The woman in this video here is young and her skin shines. I just hope that this is the result of exercises she suggests, not just the natural look of a young and pretty woman which in itself is great. The previous experience leaves me highly skeptical.

    Wow are these ever hard to do! Only two days in and I’m beat! On a mission to repair damage from a HIFU facelift. Ironically the only cosmetic thing I ever did and probably the worst choice.

      Maybe some collagen supplements could help, and maybe doing less face yoga could help too, probably burning too much fat.
