    I’ve been having debilitating sciatica nerve pain on my left side all the way down to my outer left ankle. I wake up in spasm every morning between 4-5am. This pain is no joke. Hugs to anyone dealing with this. ❤

      I had the same problem after a spine injection...it caused the piraformis in the butt area to pinch the sciatic nerve that caused my outside leg muscle to top of toes to spasm. Would jump out of bed and stand on my toes. Went back to Dr. and the PA did a cortisone injection in piraformis in 2 places....BINGO...GONE. Might want to check it out...these stretches really help too. Hope this helps! 😊

    I just want to thank Father in heaven for you and your wisdom you share with us .I had back surgery over 3 years ago and Iam fused from sacrum 1 to lumbar number 5. I recently started having the symptoms you've described in this wonderful video .I just got done doing the stretches and Iam feeling instant relief! Thank God and thank you Doc for what you do ! 🙏🙂

    What a great video.I have been diagnosed with multiple bulging disc in my lower back. The pain is life altering. I can't even describe the amount of constant pain I endure. I have a lot of pain around the lower spine area and my right butt cheek is constantly numb and the pain starting below my right knee to the top of my foot is awful. I did these excercises and stretches this morning and I was amazed. Really. It has cut my pain lever by more than half which is huge for me. My range of motion has vastly improved and bending over is doable again. Even the pain level from just doing nothing has vastly improved instantly. I'm very greatful!!

    I am so happy you did this video. I have been on heavy duty anti-inflammatories for the past 5 years and had to go off them 2 months ago due to horrid side effects. This is the only thing that has given me relief. Thank you.

    I have been in pain for almost 2 months, I went to my GP first who treated me for 4 weeks with Voltaren inj and pain meds twice a week, he then referred me to an Orthopedic Specialist who had X-rays and MRI taken and could not see anything out of the ordinary. He had me lay flat on my back and only get up to go to loo for 2 weeks and referred me to a Neurologist and would have forwarded him the MRI as well. That was 2-3 weeks ago, and I still have not had any feedback regarding an appointment or diagnoses. I received the link for your stretching exercises and started following them seeing that the pain was getting worse and I was not getting any help from the Drs.
    I am so thankful for your video!!! For the first time in 2 months the pain is starting to subside, I can move around for longer periods and as soon as the pain comes back I do the stretches again and I can immediately feel a difference!!

    I have been following because of the medical remedies. But this exercise to help sciatica has been the most helpful. I am a 60 year old golfer and begin to wonder if I could continue. I pray these stretches will help my pain and I can continue the sport I love. 😅

    Thanks for your good tips on how to stretch the piriformis muscle in different ways! I do feel looser muscle with better agility around the groin when I swag my right leg with the foot on the ground
