My husband and I have been doing your workouts exclusively for three years. However, we only made time between 1-3 times a week. I could tell I was getting stronger and we stuck with it. As time went on, I realized i needed more time exercising to build the strength and lose the excess weight I really wanted to. I read the book by Hal Elrod called the Miracle Morning and together with your workouts every day I am finally starting to see muscle growth and fat loss I have been hoping for. Even though we don’t know you all personally, we feel like we are friends. Another couple doing productive, positive things with their lives is just the circle of influence we need in our lives. Thank you so much for every single video you’ve made. You all helped the two of us be excited to work out and remain committed even when things got tough. We will be hitting that “super thanks” button more regularly now that we are making some progress in our financial lives too, thanks to our new Miracle Morning routine. ❤ Lots of love from Kentucky for you two and your new addition.
