    Hi my Dearest Cat!
I hope you have had a wonderful weekend with such a summertime weather!
My brother is visiting our cousin in Zürich and on Sunday they went up to the Hirzli Mountain and he show us pics...Wowww! What a landscape, what a colourful flowers...The green paradise!.
I'm going to do this class this afternoon after a dry-needling therapy for my piriformis injury, I just hope this doesn't affect my daily practice!.
The experience climbing the Veleta Mountain on skis was great, it took us 4 hours but this was all to short for me!.
it was cool in the morning so we could climb up without getting hot.
There were few people on skis, most of the people were going up with trekking boots and hate us a little bit when we started to descend lol!.
The snow was still good, specially at the top but then it became a bit heavy. There was a lot of parts with a brown layer and sometimes it stops you!. It was like skiing on brown sugar!.
Then, once down, we changed our ski - suits into shorts and flip flops and headed out to the beach to meet some friends for lunch (Of course in a restaurant speclialized in seafood products). Extraordinary!.
After dinner, we went for a walk on the beach and to do some headstands and finallly when we got warm, we got in the water for our first bath of the season!.
It was an amazing weekend, used well as we did all that was planned!
Final touch to put an end to the season!.
The worst part was the fact that the air conditioning was damaged and the weather was extremely hot, however it was extremely worthwhile!.
Now, focus on the next challenge in two weeks: canoeing!
Have a fantastic weekend and thank your for another masterclass!.
    Big, big hug!.

It sounds incredible Bea. From snow to ocean!! It made me think of my trek up the Kilimanjaro. Or rather the descent - we took so long to get up, but then down in one exhausting day - from clouds and snow to 'the bottom'. Such a feeling of heavenly exhaustion and satisfaction and wonder.
Canoeing is new to me but I know river rafting. We once went on a family holiday in the Chilko River/ Canada. There is this very dangerous section called the 'White Mile'. The 2 boats in front of us capsized and most of them drowned (glacial waters). We were picking up their dead bodies as we went through the rapids!!! It was also my first experience with handling corpses whilst also making our way through very intense rapids. A shocking experience that is still hard to put into words. Apologies for going into that! But this is where we get to know each other...
Anyways - always a treat to hear from you. Keep on shining your light! 💛💜💛

@@YogawithCat Wowwww Kilimanjaro, this must be a great adventure! You are amazing Cat!.
Oh my Gosh what a terrible chapter you had to experience that day, I can't believe it!!
Our river is much more calm than those white whater, the only thing are the two dams, where you have always someone who tells you how to move properly (of course only in case of low flow). Generally these 15 km. take less time if the the water level is the appropriate. It's more like a trip by canoe, besides this year was not a competition, maybe because we annoy vultures who are nesting in the are.
I have had a rafting experience in the Pyrénees and this was quite more wilder. We had those bothersome belgian kids on board, who were fooling around all the time instead of following the instructions of the conductor. It was very different but also fun!
Big hug and kisses and take care!

If I would have seen this therapeutic work years ago when I used to compete, probably would not have valued it us much as now.
I would have thought it was "too slow" for me (you know, we live in a fast world).
But that is not the case. I loved this session. I feel like little by little I've been able to remove a bit more of the blindfold that has kept me away from all this knowledge.
I wonder if in any parts of the world, (in India particularly) instead of prescribing medicines they use Yoga.
i.e: Do you have back pain???
Ok. Go home, do three of this, four of that, a little bit of this... and come back in a month. 😁
Thank you Cat for sharing this amazing material.
    X Rob.

Hello dearest Rosa! Apologies for this late response (visiting friends in Prague and the computer has been purposefully hidden in the bag. lol) I'm pleased that you enjoyed exploring this because I also find it very interesting to work this way. It's mindful liberation from a different perspective! ⭐️ 🌟 ⭐️ Hoping that your week starts well and that you enjoy the latest class. With love to you ❣️🙏🏼❣️ X me

Oh, dear Cat! You're really connected with me! Yesterday we did a hike of 17km with a 600ms slope, so my legs, knees, and ankles were a bit requested! They were painful at the end of the hike. Today I planned to do a restorative practice. When I saw this class, I wanted to try it! It was delightful! I really appreciate, and I feel so good now. It's a new way for me to practice these asana, it's an interesting discovery! Thank you so much for that. Namaste 🙏💕❤🌺☀

    • @YogawithCat
      @YogawithCat  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

You have certainly been pushing yourself Anissa! 💪 And on top of that you were just saying that the temperature had been hot! There must have been a lot of healthy purification during that walk 💦
As for this class your message couldn't make me happier because when I post an advanced class I worry about neglecting the beginners and when I post a beginners class I worry about the advanced practitioners. It's a constant juggle and so it is simply wonderful when an advanced practitioner enjoys an easier class! Namaste! 💕🙏🏼🌸 X me

@@YogawithCat Yes I was pushing myself, it was a bit challenging but I loved the landscape and meditating during the hike. When we arrived home we went immediately to the pool. We are lucky, we have one at home. we bought this house with a pool for our grandsons. They use to spend the two months during their summer school holidays. So they enjoy staying here with us! Don't worry about the kind of class you post. It is normal to share between beginners and advanced people so that everyone benefits. In my opinion, practicing in a class for beginners is very helpful. Even though I'm a bit advanced, I love to practice these classes, because in a beginner class, you and the other teachers give more details, so I focused more on these. Thank you for all your classes. Have a nice evening and sweet dreams.
