    Thank you for your videos I am 70 years old . I did your over 60 one for a week and now I have started second week with that one and this video. My aim is to do all 8 with over 60 video

    Hi Bharti I hope you had a nice Christmas. I was testing the waters with this practice to see if I would like this challenge coming up on Monday. It is much better for my body than the one I did Sunday.

      Hi Paula! Glad you enjoyed it. I would suggest maybe doing each session a couple of days before moving on to the next one so that your body adjusts to the new movements :)

    it was so relaxing doing it, i am struggling with neck shoulder and lower back issues, in fact its affecting my right hand too. but these stretching asanas helped me relax a bit. thankyou.

    I’ve been working on this series for 2 months. When I find myself struggling to perform the movements in the later practices, I go back and start the series over. It is really satisfying to feel the progress each time I restart. Each time I get further and further in the series. Eventually I plan to finish this series and do each asana correctly (or at least mostly correct 😊) Your videos are helping me so much. Thank you. 🙏
