    OMG !! I've been practicing Kundalini yoga and this exercice is just breathtaking ! I was so high at the end, my body was shaking and I fall in tears. I definitly released some tension. Thank you !!

    When I want some energy cleansing or boost and I don’t feel up for the full body chakra cleansing yoga, I’ve been doing this practice. I get the most incredible buzzing of energy throughout my body with this one. I’ve done it frequently since you recommended the chakra series almost a month ago. I never got much into chakras or chakra yoga until I found you a month ago. I continue to be absolutely amazed at how your sequences enable me to feel my own energy so powerfully. Thank you!! 💛✨💫💫✨💛

    Allie- I have made this a habit to do before doctors appointments and scans (I’m a can’t patient). It gets me through it feeling aligned, especially when I struggle to meditate. This helps me so much!! Couldn’t thank you enough 😭

    Whoa...did this routine to clear my mind, had no idea how much it would help my body. I’ve been struggling for a year to do just one single armed push-up, but today after this video I did three sets of FIVE with each arm which is bananas, thank you!!!

    Ola from Brazil. I love do this class. you're an excellent yoga teacher. I am an arabian dancer for more than 15 years. And I always practiced a lot of exercises and stretches. At the moment my knee is complicated. I can't force it too much. I practice stretches more. This class is fantastic. And I already passed your TH-cam link to

    I usually do this each week as a reset for what lies ahead.
    This morning I done this vid not long after the 40 day yoga challenge and boy there's a huge difference.
    Allie you truly are a Goddess, I recommend you do a vid for visualisation.

I started out getting frustrated at the beginning, but this helped me clear the cobwebs that had been clouding my mind and body lately.       I was getting frustrated as well. I come from a dance background but due to health issues have lost so much mobility.
      I had a hard time tapping into my breath bc my body didn’t feel like I was doing it “right”. But I let it go, got present and focused on breath.
      I know this will help me gain mobility again. 🖤

    Allie - these chakra sessions make me get out of bed in the morning! Especially now - I really don’t like getting up to a Pandemic, staying indoors and away from Nature, and now in Northern CA, the wildfires and the unhealthy air. It’s just too much! Thank you for giving me a reason to rise, throw my legs over the side of the bed and get my ass on the mat! It gives me the energy movement I need right now. But only 100% of the time.... 😉🥰🙏👏💝🧘‍♀️

    Thank you. I noticed three positive things after finishing this video. My chest cavity finally opened and i could breathe without struggle. Secondly, an influx of blood rushed to my head allowing for my stressed/concussed brain to feel at peace. Lastly, the person that has been hiding beneath years of pain surfaced. It is miraculous what this type of work does. ☯️

    Thank you so much for making a chakra video that doesn't have tonal music behind it! For some reason, the drawn out sounds in the "calming" music so often used for yoga and meditation drive me completely bonkers. This is an amazing and peaceful practice. Thank you!

    Hi Allie great video! The pharaohs used a device known as the "cylinders of the pharaoh" made from copper(ka) and zinc(ba) cylinders filled with quartz when held produce subtle electrical energy up to 1.5 volts. The copper is held in the right hand which is the positive flow of ions and the zinc is held in the left hand which is the negative flow of ions that influence the human bio-field. Make them yourself or get them on amazon or etsy.

    Absolutely love this. I've been doing this every day for a week now, sometimes twice a day even. Whenever I feel my energy or focus diminishing, I pop outside and do this routine. It literally changes my whole day 🧡 thank you so much 😊🙏🏻

    Trying to be a "normal guy/athlete' but reap the benefits of alignment to help me be more competitive in sports,,, I have been searching high and low to find a guide to help me with a 30 minute breathing practice I can do daily. Thank you. I don"t speak yoga lol but I llike doing it. I can definitely do without the mysterious "stuff" but doing what you do is awesome, (I'm a Dad living in Wisconsin i don't have time to go all in with the yoga walk and yoga talk) 20 years ... maybe still alot of softball volleyball frisbee left to play.

    powerful. when you said you would feel tingles, I did. I was just told I have an enlarged heart chakra, I did start to cry during the heart one for sure. i will be sharing this with others. I get the same sensations when I do pranayama in person with my mentor

    That was amazing! I am having huge emotional problems and am going to therapy, working on developing emotional intelligence. Today I wanted to find some very good instructions for opening the chakras becaue I've felt huge emotional pain in my back, all around my chest area. It was very disturbing. I've found you and did the whole vid, tried to stay as connected as I could, opening for whatever will come. At first I was feeling tingling in upper parts of my body, then when finished cried my eyes out for a minute and noticed the pain was...GONE. What you are teaching is magic. Thank you! :)

    I have been doing this every morning for a few weeks now. It has helped me so much and today I was feeling very negative and while turning into my throat and third eye chakras, my tears started falling and I felt the vibration in my body.
