Hello dear cat, what a wonderful chair yoga practice! Each time I started practice with you, my heart is full of appreciation and respect for your hard work and intelligence and delicious lessons. Chair yoga is the one I enjoy best because like Pasasana is good preparation for Parivrtta Parsvokonasana, and so on. Whenever I feel tired in chair, it would be easy by using chair to get my body stretched out and twisted like ballet dancer. Thank you for your dedication and wonderful classes.
Good morning my Dear and Beautiful Cat! I hope you have rested well these days and that you are now full of energy! How is your daughter? I hope she's better 🙏 💪. Thank you once again for this interesting class that I could do yesterday after my physio session. I love working with the chair but I always confuse sides🙃, I have to admit that it's something that happens to me since ever. I don't know if it's because I'm lefty but I always have to stop one second to think which is right and which is left, so my coordination and orientation are not good at all! 🤦♀ But apart from that, the class was great and it's amazing how body feels after that, I always end up my session with a big smile on my face. After 8 hours working at the office, it feels good to stretch body. Sometimes when I come back home from work and think about preparing room for my practise is like ohhhh what a drag! And then I have my father telling me to hurry up because he wants to go to bed...So I try to do shorter classes (1 h. or less) during the week and leave the longest ones for the weekend, so I'll do the last week on Saturday or Sunday morning!. Now, changing the subject, Yoga Convention last weekend was great, the teacher amazing! It was very exciting sharing the weekend doing Yoga together with all that people. Although we didn't do a lot of Asanas because we were all the time analyzing adjustments and watching how to use props in certain poses it was awesome. Do you know these teacher Jawahar Bangera, he was very very nice!. In conclusion, a fantastic experience!. Sorry again for my long e-mails but I can't help...🤷♀ I wish you a very good and restorative weekend with all my love 🤍❤.

Will look to see when and where he is next teaching. As for left and right, filming has made me very confused about sides too because when I demonstrate to the right I am often doing it on the left. It's completely rewired my brain and when I practice alone I need to unwire it back to 'normal'. Lol. Out of respect for your leftiness I will soon film a practice where everything starts with the left side first! And then all of us righties can be confused. Big huge happy hugs! 🤗 💕 🙏

I was just looking at the classes, thinking witch one i liked and the computer sent me this class, it was marked as Hidden but i could see it all so i thought, ok. And did it. So sorry if that was not the idea but it is in "chair práctice", and it is visible. That is how i did it. Next time i will wait if i see the warning 🙏🙏🙏

@@YogawithCat It is taking a long time to warm up here too, though having missed January and February, I don’t feel I can complain!! My husband is here for two weeks and we need to discuss when I will go out to the Bahamas again. I do (usually) love the Spring/Summer weather in the UK though. My foot/ankle is making very good progress with the exercises and Yoga I am doing at home, so I think I won’t bother with physiotherapy. I hope you have had a restful weekend. Was your trip to Ibiza productive? Xx
