Turkish Coffee brewing ( Ibrik / Cezve ) for the first time with some nice Swedish Delicacies

- Received my Turkish Coffee Brewer ( Ibrik Cezve ) while I was away in Sweden for Dreamhack.
Super tired and exhausted by glad I'm back home to sip some nice coffee again.
I believe the Swedish Dessert thingies for Fika are called Chokladbollar and Dammsugare, they're so good.

not an expert. But i'd recommend brewing it on lower heat and not letting it boil over. one the dark brown starts creeping up turn it off. it gives a nicer less grainy "crema". the boiled "crema" is super grainy
How does it not have coffee grounds in your cup?
Oh it does, a lot ! I just let it rest for a couple of minutes since it's very hot which allows for the grounds to settle at the bottom. That way you can sip it gently until you hit the coffee bed :)
