  • This is a REALLY intense butt and thighs workout that will sculpt your legs and booty! More importantly though, you will feel sooooo STRONG in your lower body. Your glutes will lift, your inner and outer thigh muscles will tone and slim down, while your heart rate will also rise in order to burn fat! It's a quick lower body workout that will get your looking and feeling your best.
    The best part is - YOU DO NOT NEED ANY EQUIPMENT! No gym! This is a perfect at home workout that can literally be done anywhere. Oh yeah, and no jumping, so it is super apartment friendly!

    Cassey I just wanted to thank you for being who you are. I have been following your workout calendars for 5 years now without ever stopping. I lost so much weight and I changed completely my life meanwhile. I finished this Sunday's playlist a few hours ago and I'm so tired but as I was watching this video your happiness made me feel like I wanted to try this workout right away (no, I'm not doing it, I'll leave it for tomorrow). It just made me remember that's the spirit that got me 5 years ago and made me become who I am today. Thank you

    I've been doing this video 3 times a week for almost exactly a month and I've got to say...I've seen so much progress! The first day I did this workout I was SOOO sore for at least 4 days. Now I'm not only painless but I follow this up with another leg video of yours! My legs are so much stronger and I a lot more toned! Especially in the backs of the thighs. Thanks so much!

    I'm in Canada and these indoors workouts are honestly the only thing making me workout! I did all the superheroes/anime the other day, so fun ! Love that you are making that type of content! I'm really glad I'm subscribed and so is my body! Im even keeping going after or starting out before by listening to a few songs and dancing cause I already am gonna break a sweat so why not! I always feel so good when I get out of hibernation an hour here and there. Do still want that sunshine though!     Definitely my favorite video by far! Didn't need to pause it once and love these moves! As someone with asthma it's hard for me to make it through classes at the gym, but using your videos allows me to take breaks when I need them and pick back up right where I left off.

    Oh my gosh. This is something what i was finding for sooooo long! I was doing 100 squats per day, and it was getting easier and easier and after some time it was that easy that I was not sweating while doing that. Now this it really burns, I fell good, and I am really sweating! Thank you, you inspired me to don’t give up and keep doing something, your workouts make me smile, I fell so much better. Thank you!

      Try engaging your core more so the stress doesn't go to your back.

      When you're lifting your leg really draw your core in and be careful no to arch the lower back. This can mean smaller leg movements but it's a great workout! You don't want to be experiencing lower back pain :)

    Day 17 of the beginner's calendar and 1/3 videos are complete. This video needed more room than I expected but it was a great workout. I was really feeling it in my legs and I really got to improve my balance.

    Cassey! I follow your workouts all the time! I find myself not feeling the leg workouts anymore, even in the new moves. I just feel it in my lower back, which then causes me to have a sore lower back. Do you know why? Love you!

    I could barely do these excersise because I have terrible balance, so the one where we had to lift our legs up and down were super hard for me but I still tried super hard bc you've inspired me to try and be healthier! So thank you so much!!!

    Hey Cassey! I love your workout videos, but I recently tore my acl, so I can't do any of them. Could you do a series for people with injuries or disabilities? Maybe workouts in a chair? I've been doing you seated arm workouts:)

    my physical therapist has been telling me i need to work on my quads after i blew out my knee but the normal boring exercises were, well, boring. i had no desire to do them and ik that was bad for me. i turned to you to encourage me and give me challenging but fun exercises that are helping me to avoid surgery. thank you so much!
