    My legs are shaking!
    I just got medical clearance to return to exercise after 8 months of having no activity due to an injury, and I lost all muscle definition. So these videos have been AMAZING!
    But I had to stop during the plie squats because of the sheer amount of pain in my legs. I rewinded the video a few seconds, took a breath, and finished the workout with tears rolling down my face.
    This was the hardest physical exercise I've had in a year, and i feel great now that its over!
    Thank you so much for letting me have my body back!

    Maybe you don't realise it Cassey, but you just created the perfect workout for taking a break from studying, working or whatever made you sit on your chair for hours. You can just get up, take your chair and start here and now! So convenient ^_^
    also targeting just the right area, making your booty work and build up again after sitting it flat, and battling cellulite that is facilitated by sitting!

    I used to hate this one so much, because it hurt my back. By now it's still super hard but I seem to have gained some more strength in my back and abs so its easer to hold myself in the required position. So proud that my body lets me do this :)

    These videos are so great. I've tried just working out on my own and I not only didn't do workouts this challenging but most of the time found reasons to not do it.     I can keep my legs straight but can't kick it or hold it high though I tried very hard. My whole body burned... my arms because they were clinging for life on the chair lol. I'm going to try this again tomorrow!
    Question: I don't really understand "squeeze" or when to hold muscles tight. Anyone knows how to explain it? Thank you!

    Hey did anyone else’s back hurt doing this? Idk if I was doing the move wrong or if it’s just my sciatic nerve pain acting up more than usual. Love the is moves and the chair is fun and creative but I felt like I couldn’t get a real workout bc I had to keep stopping bc of my back :( just wondering if anyone else noticed that. Love you Cassey I do your videos everyday and overall they help a lot with easing my pain and building my flexibility (I finally got both sides of my front splits down)💕
    Edit: also I know this is an old video but it was on the calendar today so I figured someone might see this comment lol

    I just did this after the Bombshell Bootification following the July 2024 calendar! I was gonna die 😂😂😂 but it’s a good death 😂😂❤️❤️love you Cassey. Everyday after my workout I say Cassey wants to kill me but it’s actually the opposite this is life and health!!!

    I love this, your work out kicked my pwet for sure. This is my first time doing a workout like this and you're right, it looks much harder than it appears. So for that I applaud you girl for still having good energy and such grace! Once the pulses started I was like "Jesus take the wheel", but SO worth it in the end.     I never know if I'm working my butt, but my legs are definitely killing!!! ALMOST got through the entire video, needed to take a few breaks, but I did most of it!
