The chances of that happening is practically none as the Syphilis bacterium can only survive for a few seconds at best on surfaces like toilet seats. Moreover, you can't get syphilis through casual contact either.
To get infected, you'd have to touch the part of the toilet seat with the bacterium, with an open wound, and within a few seconds after the infected person has stopped making contact with the seat at that spot.
