    I started doing your workouts three months ago and the results have been astounding. I was suffering from pcos since eight years . I tried literally everything, visited so many gyanaecologists. It's finally your workouts that worked. Within a month of doing your workouts, i have started getting regular periods and a very noticeable weight loss.

    I love your workouts - I am trying to loose a lot of weight and I was struggling to find a training that I liked - yours are amazing! Not too heavy for me, but at the same time enough to make me sweat! And, the mood boost right after!     About last 1.5 month practiced ur session really it works,i lost my weight 81 kg to 76 kg during this period and my age is 58 years,i hv four back discs,one ceaser in L4,L5 ,after doing this exercise my back is aching,
    But my belly fat not reduced,how to reduce it,

    It's the perfect body workout for ppl like us who lives on duty of 12-24 hrs..
    These incredible 30-35 mins make me feel alive throughout my duty hours.
    In fact as Doctor I suggest ur workout to my patients also.
    It's 3rd day..
    I see my body getting used to these exercises.. Slightly stiffness but feeling good.

    I did so many workout videos but none if the make burn that much calories and your workout made me burn the most calories (500 cal).
    Currently i am 74.5 kg and i have pcod also. My target weight is 60 kg.
    I hope that your workouts will make me achieve my faster.
    I also enjoyed a lot through the workout.

    Do we have to diet too? Or just workout? Actually I am at my 15. I have pco problem as well as I am prone to obesity. I walk atleast 2 km every day n if I get time I follow this channel too...but I don't find any difference in my body...I don't take fast food n have regular meals of necessary quantity....please help me out🙏

      Consult a good dietician in your vicinity and do diptis workout for exercise . They are intense and you will surely loose weight . Do at least 6 suryanamaskar daily . It helped me a lot .

      I also suffered from pcos...Just do exercise regularly and also focus on your diet...I also did intermittent fasting I loose 8 kg in just 4 months and this deepti mam's workout helped me very much..

    Today I did it for 21 mins..and the sweat is so satisfying thank you so much for this mam...
