    Hey, you. I'm telling you that you're doing this workout. You're going to do great, I know you're going to do great because you're a strong person and full of great willpower. Every day you train with strength and a smile. But do you know that you have a beautiful smile? You know that even today you are beautiful. I see you, you know? I see you while you reach your goals and I'm proud of you, of your goals. Together with Sydney we reach our goals. She is not only our trainer but also a point of reference in our life. Sydney is my rock, the shoulder I know I can always count on. Sydney is my strength, the girl who changed my life. If today I love myself it's thanks to her. If today you love yourself too, I know it's thanks to her. We are a big family and I'm proud of each of you.

    I'm 53 and in my day, step aerobics was my favorite workout. It seems to have died off unfortunately. I was thrilled to wake up to this new workout 😁 thank you Sydney 🙏💪

    I really like these workouts because since I usually train at home they allow me to walk without having to go out. Going out is very good, especially walking and running if you are trained to run. But with this cold... walking at home I really like it.

    The importance of rest from exercise, sleep, hydration, nutrition, can’t be overstated. Thank you, Sydney. I take Wednesdays and Sundays off, on purpose. It’s helped me avoid injury, too.

    I am back after a 7 day break, had a bad cold and the fatigue was unreal. I am sweating - not so great today, but I am back - will repeat tomorrow morning before my yoga class in the afternoon. Well done everyone

    Sweaty workout is an understatement. I feel like a bucket of water was dumped on me at the end of this. I chose to use my riser with 2 extra rises. 😮😮Holy Height Batman!! The legs definitely need stretching and rest later today. Great work everyone 🎉❤🎉❤

    Crushed it 🎉🎉🎉 today is usually my rest day and boy do I need it but we have a Christmas party to go to tomorrow so I knew I wouldn’t have time for my workout so instead of skipping an extra day I knocked it out ❤ definitely about to get ready for bed early and get some good sleep ❤❤❤

    I loved this cardio workout, Sydney! What a blast! 💥The only step I have is a 12" box, so I used it for some of the moves, then did some on the floor. I loved incorporating the step, because I really felt the strength and burn in my quads! 🔥My HR was up throughout this workout, and I got nice and sweaty! 😅 Just the pick me up I needed and wanted this Saturday morning.
