Awesome workout!!!! After covid 2 years ago I was unable to work out due to being out of breath all the time. Going up and down 5 steps I was gasping for air. I gained weight and decided I had to do something. I started to treadmill as of Aug 5, 2024. September, I began Sydney's work out again an, MAN I FEEL ALIVE!!!!!!!!

There was so much that I liked about today's workout. I loved the low/high punches and I loved the alternating hip touches. I especially loved the cooldown speech today. If you get off the couch to move get sweaty and have fun your reward is a nice cooldown stretch and some uplifting, positive energetic words to take you to the rest of your day. Five Stars!

This was a great workout. I was so stressed when I started but this pulled me out of my head and got me sweating. I also loved the tip at the end to write down the next few steps!

I love your creativity in this cardio-and-more workout and love the burpee variation! I jogged only for years because I thought cardio was the pinnacle of importance. Then had back issues. There is A LOT of benefit to movement, strength, and stability. No more back issues. And I love your coaching throughout the workouts!

My husband threw out my risers the last time we moved. I don’t know if I can even get risers now to go with the step up I still have.
