After 5 years of working out online, how have I only discovered Sydney now? So many online workouts just use timers and no coaching. Sydney’s coaching and tips (and the cool down pep talk) is honestly pushing me and encouraging me so much. I’m so glad this program is 30 mins because that is all the time I can give to dedicated programs as I’m a mom of two and working full time and volunteering. Thank you Sydney for your expertise and packing a 30 min punch! I’ll return to this program I know. ❤❤❤
Love your workouts, but my favorite part is your motivational chats at the end of each one. They are great and meaningful and I make my kids listen to them with me lol.
I LOVE 30 minute workouts. I work full time, have a dog to walk twice a day and I also rehab pigeons in my spare time who need cleaning, medicating etc daily so to squeeze in a workout is sometime's hard. 30 mins, work hard, in, out. Perfect! Thank you ❤ and congrats on the baby. 🎉
These 30-minute workouts are perfect for when I get home from massage school. No matter how tired I am and how much I would rather collapse on the couch, I make myself put on my gym clothes and do a workout, knowing that if I give myself time to "think about it" then I will end up not working out at all. I need my exercise to stay grounded and healthy given all that stress from school! Thank you Sydney! 😀

You convinced me that now is the time. I downloaded the workout and I finished day three. I won’t pretend, it’s hard as heck. I don’t like the way my body looks. I don’t like how out of shape I feel. I must own the role I’ve played in my current circumstance and make the hard decision- keep doing what i”ve been doing or make a change. I’ve committed to finishing this challenge and getting the healthy life I desire. Only I can make it happen… no quick fixes…one step at a time. Thank you for walking with me.
Holy moly!! That was a doozie! I did 25-30lbs on the split squat RDL and holy cow! I normally don’t do 25-30 on split squats but surprised myself! Loved how fast and effective that was! Sweat is DRIPPING, good job everyone!

Good morning and happy Wednesday! 23 degrees in NYC and I’m working out in my outside gym. Ski gloves on and smart wool layers to the max but I keep showing up no matter what the weather is outside because inside it’s warm and sunny 🌞. Thank you to all who keep showing up. 😊

I had completed every Sydney program in 2024 and lost 20 pounds this year. I found Sydney in 2020 during the pandemic but in 2023 I had started slacking off due to a shoulder injury but with modified workouts I completed every 2024 program until this one two weeks ago, I had shoulder replacement surgery and this was my first workout after that surgery and it felt so good so now I can only do lower body workouts, but I’m so excited to get back to working out with Sydney she’s so motivating and so amazing 🫶
I just wanted to say thank you for such a challenging leg workout, Sydney. It really pushed me to my limits and I'm feeling stronger because of it. Good job everyone! 😊

I had to mix up the finisher due to some lower back discomfort - did one round sumo squat and a half and wall sits and heavy rdl for the other two. I was able to do the kneeling step ups for the first time since a serious injury eight months ago. And my ankle mobility will finally let me sit in a low squat with my heels down, yay!
Phew! I'll be honest, normally I am biased against 30 minute workouts. Due to neurological/medical stuff, it can take me a minute to get my brain/body to cooperate together and tune in to it all. This, though, was fantastic! I came off an extended period of not being able to exercise. Day 1 back, I could only do 15 minutes before I got nausea, lightheaded so I knew to stop. Today, did 2nd half and crushed it!!
I went up to a single 50lbs dumbbell for the finisher!! I really pushed myself today so I hope I can walk tomorrow 😅 great job everyone!!

Sleep is the most important for any progress!
Workout is nothing without a good diet plan and sleep. I also have problems with weights, I will try that website for sure!

I love that these are 30 minutes. I was starting to burn myself out with running and doing 40-45 min strength, too. These came just in time.
