Get ready to get stronger for Day 16 of our UPBEAT October Workout Program! • UPBEAT
Welcome to a workout dedicated to helping you enjoy your strength and pushing you through some cardio as well! Today we are working for 30 seconds per exercise with 15 seconds rest and we will complete 3 rounds of each superset before resting. Try to push up in intensity each round to maximize your effort and your efficiency!

This type of work it is how i found Sydney almost 5 years ago, and they’re still my favorite. Every Monday, 40 minute, strength and cardio. Make it a weekly tradition it’s the best way to start the week!

Five years ago I could barely do 30-45 mins when I started doing these videos. I hated the fatigue and out of breathe feeling, i would tell myself that i can't do it and i need to stop. I pushed myself to ignore those voices and now 5 years later if I'm feeling really adventurous or need to catch up I can do two videos back to back non stop. I am not the same person 5 years ago and I'm so proud. So if you're someone just starting out keep going and prove yourself wrong! You can and will surprise yourself. The results is addicting ❤

over the last two years, I have lost 130 pounds and over the last six months I have gained 30 pounds back and have not been exercising or moving really at all except for daily chores and you are the one I am turning to so thank you so much!!! ❤❤

OMG another spicy Monday morning workout - This workout was my sweatiest yet!! I am amazed and proud of myself this morning _ I had about 2 hours broken sleep last night - up at 5:30 am to get my workout in but oh my goodness I didnt want to - Sydneys favourite set was my least favourite set and I could hardly get through that last set - I was to the point that I felt I needed to throw up! I didnt want to do the last round I was exhausted! But I didnt quit I finished it - hope Monday goes by fast I am going to need an extra energy boost

I needed this today. I was off emotionally today and knew I had to force myself to workout. Took 20 minutes to decide on a workout and so glad I chose this. It was the boost I needed the perfect mix of strength and cardio to boost my mood and feel strong.

I started working recently and "tired" doesn't do it justice. When you said we were rolling into the 2nd half, I thought "I can't. I'm too tired." But then I remembered you saying to break down the workout mentally to make it more digestible. I changed my thinking from I have 20 minutes left to , I have 2 more arm circuits, 2 more leg circuits. I finished it strong. Tired, but so grateful for the discipline I'm committed to.

Crushed it!! I was finally able to do regular jumping jacks and lift a heavier weight on a lot of the upper body moves and some of the lower body ❤ super proud I showed up especially today because seasonal depression has me wanting to stay in bed and let the world pass me by 😢
