    I think the lower sections get a little more heat and sunlight closer to the ground away from a roofs shade. Not sure if that is correct but I have noticed heavier hard to remove oxidation can happen at the lower 1/3rd of a building as well.

      By 12 volting it... we would know exactly what the ratio is... Without knowing his downstreem ratio (which he knows)... its hard to say, but with every situation being different its gona be down to some pre-testing and prior experience with the mix to get it dialed in on the task at hand.
      They were very close or as you suggested a little light on the first pass, but they got it done with just minimal scrubbing on the bottom.

I was actually looking into replacing all the siding on my house when I found your video and transformed our existing siding back to it's original glory! I will give this a try. I think I’m a really really Good house washer but oxidation is more of those things that always has us scratching our heads. Did the siding have any sheen, when you got all that oxidation off. Wouldnt it be nice if there was something that would last that you could put on to the house and get that nice sheen like it’s brand new siding. I get asked that all the time fm customers “hey, can you wax my house and make it not so dull again?’ Lol I will give this product a shot. Really really good video. Probably the best one I’ve ever seen on oxidation removal. Keep up the good work young man. I’ve been at this quite a while and you’re never too old to learn a new trick. We have to stay dynamic.

    That was a clean job man! Wonderful. If I might ask you something, on every house wash job we do, in order to get it as clean as it should be we have to spend time with the pole brushes scrubbing the gutters and flashing and soffits. I dont mind doing it bc the end results are good. But from most of the videos i see out on youtube no one really seems to do that or show that part. What do you reckon? And what do you recommend?

      we never brush unless doing gutter brighting or oxidation removal. Use a little hotter mix

    Hi Ray, I really enjoyed, and learned from your video. I did a house wash on Saturday, and today (Monday) the client said there were white splotches where the mold was.(she sent me photos, so I know this is true.) I'm going over to see it tomorrow, but I have no idea what this could be. I'm an interior painter/decorator, ordinarily, but am trying to make ends meet during this pandemic, so I take what I can get, but exterior washing is not my usual forte. I've done it a number of times before with no issues, but not a lot of vinyl washing, usually prep for exterior painting on wood. Thanks for any insight you might have to offer me. I sincerely appreciate it.

      @@RaymondNotario Hi Ray, thanks for your reply - we went back and just did a gentle wet scrub brush, or even a rag, in some cases, to the affected areas, and rinse. All gone! I think we relied to much on the product and pressure washer. All this job needed was a little human touch to make it a success.

    What is that black nozzle you are using when applying the Clensol BC. I may be wrong, but it doesn't appear to be just a normal black soap tip. Am I wrong in assuming that? It looks like it has an adjustable stream, kind of like an X-Jet. I didn't see a reference to anything else it in your list of Products. Thank you in advance.

    • @RaymondNotario
      @RaymondNotario  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      it's called a m5 nozzle

    • @stephengalante2979
      @stephengalante2979 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@RaymondNotario - Thank you. I didn't realize that they sold just an M5 nozzle that didn't have a tube connection for "soap" pickup. I'm familiar with the X-Jet M5 "normal" setup, I didn't realize they offered one like that. Quick question though, does it ONLY draw as a soap nozzle application or will it work whether you are drawing soap or not? I hope that made sense.

    Have you tried this on vinyl shutters? I diluted it 4:1 and down streamed through my pressure washer and it did nothing. I even did a 3rd shot and scrubbed them. No change. I then tried the 4:1 mix in a hand held sprayer. Same results, even scrubbing didn’t help. Any ideas or are vinyl shutters a lost cause? Thanks

    Okay well people skip on oxidized siding because its more work and brushing? Most videos I've seen people just say to skip it all together but it doesnt look that hard to clean i already have the telescope brushes for Rvs that i have in my truck just incase there is dirt that just doesnt want to give on some houses and i bust it out

    Your C BC is mix of 1:4 but you don't mention your downstream injector specs.
    What orifice size are you using on what length hose and are you using a high flow 20% like the Adams injector.
