Thanks for this video!I’ve tried Ox Knox on some severely oxidized vinyl siding on 4 different houses.
I even tried 2 applications at full strength on a house but still had to brush. I’m glad to see that I’m not using it wrong because I’m kinda tired of them calling me dumb and downgrading us if it’s not working for us. They don’t seem to want to help they just talk down on us. And if you mention that it isn’t working, they remove your comment instead of being helpful. Thank you

Yeah Cody...at southeast softwash seems like an asshole I asked a simple question (why is the pump placed directly behind the wheel where things can get kicked up & potentially break the pump, on one of his trailers) on one of his videos & he came back snappy & talked down to me also...plus his products seem expensive.

I use Cleansol BC at 9:1. 9 gallons of water to 1 gallon of BC. I water the surface down first and then apply with a 12v 2.1 gpm sprayer. 2 coats 4 minutes apart. The oxidation just absolutely melts off. All i do is rinse it off with a water hose. No pressure washing. Comes right off. No brushing at all except in tight corners here and there. As mentioned by another person below. I also have used BC Cleansol and in fact it has saved my butt on a house that looked all blotchy. Even the garage door came out amazing which I have never seen before; I think it was a vinyl door as I recall. And yes the paint colour comes off heavy in the rinse to the point where you worry that you are removing paint. Just today BC Cleansol removed the degreaser off of some windows after a house-wash that I had washed in the sunlight and had trouble with the flash drying.

10-1 Ration is not "HOT" enough. We have used this product on 2 homes and she is dangerously good. I say dangerously because it will remove paint on gutters and window trim/flashing etc...Even pre soak and post soak the paint is coming off. If the mix isn't hot enough it doesn't work and if its too hot it removes paint. For this particular home you're going to want a 1 to 1 ration no questions. but you have GOT to be careful around downspouts. Maybe dip your brush in it just for the ends of the homes and around windows. Also if you only purchase 1 gallon it ends up being over $70 with shipping so if you're going to test this product out go and grab the case of 4.....For us personally we are just going to continue to use LAs totally awesome. It's $6 a gallon.

Ox knox does work better than that. What you did wrong was your dilution rate. Wasn't hot enough. No brush required.

Do you need to brush Cleansol BC on vinyl siding.
I have bought 2 products that we haven’t had luck with.
    1. Ox Knox
    2. Dragon Juice for cleaning stripes off of gutters.
    Thanks for the video

I find for the absolute best results the surface should be agitated. We like to use a multi-angle car brush to get into the nooks and crannies. Our go to brush you can find on Amazon.

@@mountainviewsoftwash9135 I’ve used that junk on 25 year old vinyl and 15 year old painted metal roof. Ran it thick to but still had oxi coming of on my fingers. Roof needed heavy heavy flushing and semi direct pressure. That’s you can see in his videos he blasts the roof with a ball valve after and goes “Oh look how easily it comes off”.
