I love the example of integrity that you show. ("Let deeds, not words, be your adorning". - Baha'i Faith) So important that our actions speak louder than words. It's one of the reasons I love to watch your channel - also, my cat likes to watch as well. lol

It’s so good when you have drains that work at the first house as it must make such a difference for you. It looks outstanding and there is so much more colour than murky green. The roof looks so pretty with the terracotta clean. It is a beautiful job you have done. Excellent Sid. Excellent. Thank you. May you please take care and stay safe. Louisa. 👏👏👏❤❤❤🤩🤩🤩

You should find a way to rig a soft non marking round ball type wheel on an adjustable spring mount to help support the pole when its way out. would save your back and arms too.

And now you know that a bit more training of your students is required for them to really understand the procedures. Glad you’re having nice summer weather where you are and can enjoy the outdoors! Thanks for another great video.

I love how the roof and driveway looks after your done cleaning them. I can't believe how much algae grows in England. But knowing that the weather is similar to Seattle Washington, USA. It makes sense, lots of rain and little sunshine makes a lot of algae. Great job as always.

I had always scraped and used a biocide treatment afterwards. Within the past few months I got a conversion kit for my ova 8 a 12 inch fsc and a turbo nozzle. The 1st few cleans I thought was going to kill me. Using all sorts of muscles I didn't know was there. Have got use to it now and have gotten up to a really good pace on them.
But long story short, I stumbled into this video just before I got the kit delivered and your advice has always stuck in my head. I've cleaned about 10-15 roofs since and haven't broken a tile yet so thank you for that. 🎉🎉🎉

And it was fortunate that the damaged tile highlighted the need for extra training occurred on this particular job, rather than another one. As the customer was getting a roofer in anyway to fix other issues, it was fairly straightforward to rectify the mistake.
The red roof looked absolutely stunning after it was cleaned, by the way.

As a roofer I’ll never agree to doing this to your roof as it takes the protective layer off the tile and you can drive water up and behind the tile. My parents next door neighbour done theirs and now it’s full of damp

If you need to take a break then you should do that. Men in their 20s seem to have the tendency to run themselves ragged and it does no one any good.
Regarding the broken tile, would you be able to build a mini practice roof for your employees to practice on? Not anything super huge, maybe a square meter or two? That way they can get a feel for the pole without the pressure of it being another person's property? This would also let them practice as much as they needed to until they (at least) remember to brace before taking their foot off the pedal.

what if you had an attached wheel on the long pole while doing the roof which would prevent you from damaging any more tiles and also, i'm sure it would take some of the load from you holding it the whole time. yes the wheel would have to be soft material as to not damage the tiles. just an idea.

I’d love to know if you’re ever tempted to do “art” like drawing a smiley face on the roof before you clean the rest, or is there a risk it might still be visible afterwards?
Also, can the sand blasted out of the cleaned paving ever be cleaned and recycled, or perhaps used for sandblasting machines?
    Thanks 😊

when you are working with the roof poles. why don't you make the scaffolding do the lifting work?
I don't know how to explain it well (I do have the idea in my head just not the words)
but in short the idea is that it helps in carrying the wait and also if you would let go of said lance it will just stay hanging in the air just above the work surface.
