It is sad to see you are done with your business. Thank you for the help you provided all of us. I will continue to use your videos to learn, train and educate myself and my employees. God bless man, thanks again for all of your hard work for the greater good of the rest of us.
Really glad I found your channel. I did my fist oxidation removal today. It had pre existing oxidation, blue home. I did a SH soft wash and it most certainly left awful streaking marks lol. I told the homeowner I’d be back in the morning to fix it. It was certainly a long day for me, it had a 3rd story peak. The streaks were at the bottom. But you can’t just do half 🤷♂️ I used cleansol bc. The directions recommend diluting 1-4 for oxidation I believe. Then for normal cleaning they recommend you downstream that solution 10-1 for bad homes 20-1 for routine cleaning. What I did, was dilute it 50/50 then down-streamed it 10-1. It worked out well, I used the flow pro. Worked in 10’ sections with about 2-5 min dwell. I could use the white tip to hit 2 or 3 pieces of siding at a time. Then I have a Davis shooter tip and an x jet to hit the peaks. It was tedious.
Oh, I totally understand the struggle! Haha, it seems like you've taken on quite a demanding project that turned out to be even more challenging than expected. I've been in similar situations before, and it seems like we always come across these hurdles, right? Just remember to charge accordingly, so your time and effort are truly worth it. It's better to turn away jobs and focus on the ones that appreciate your expertise and are willing to pay more. Keep up the good work because you're gaining valuable experience every day!
@@mountainviewsoftwash9135 thanks for the response. I totally thought I responded to this xD Im grateful for the experience but at the time it was very stressful lol
Do you have like a pdf or excel of breaking down your packages and pricing. Right now I charge somewhat based on square foot and how long I think it will take me, but it would be cool to show customers different package groups and how they’re broken down. 👍 also nice job on that oxidation
@@mountainviewsoftwash9135 Great vid, but, if you don't mind me asking, how long did this home take to clean and what was the cost for this ? Thank you....
I’m about to do some oxidation removal at my house but don’t want to buy to little or to much of product. I’m thinking of using ox Knox. Chemical ratio aside, On average how many square feet do you get per gallon of spray? Thanks again for the video.
If a customer decides to not use your RESTORE solution, how would they go about preventing oxidation? A soft wash with bleach once a year wouldn't do it. I'm thinking that every so often a brush and detergent will be needed, at least on vinyl?
That would be my recommendation as well. Annual washing would significantly increase the longevity of the siding, whereas RESTORE will help prevent oxidation throughout the year.
@@mountainviewsoftwash9135 Thanks for the reply. I did my mom's house years ago but only used pressure on her vinyl siding. I didn't realize at the time about oxidizing siding. I could see it coming off but was very meticulous to get every inch. It looked fine afterwards. Now I downstream, but only for friends or family. Great video. I hope you keep up the great content. I learned more about removing oxidation from watching your vid than I did in watching a dozen others. You don't have many subscribers yet but that will change with the great content!
Hey, did some research on this product thanks for the tip! I think I’m gonna go ahead and grab some and as soon as the weather gets nice here in Colorado, I’ll do a video testing this product out 👍👍
@mountainviewsoftwash9135 I suggest definitely getting a gallon and checking it out in my opinion its a game changer from what I've heard people say who used to brush say like I said I started with it so I don't know how it works COMPARED to brushing
I love EVERYTHING about your company. It’s so professional.
Where did you get your employee ID badge?
Thanks Sir! Look at theseal.com for the badges. 👍

God bless you. Oxidation removal is not for the faint of heart!
Not at all!! Fun to see the after results tho!

The bc Clensol worked good though?

Yeah it worked pretty well. Flow pro made it so much easier too. Itd be easier to have a pole brush for higher spots I think
The restore product that youre talking about- Do you downstream it or run it through soft wash pump a year later when they call you back?
Great question! Our RESTORE product is super concentrated and is blended using our proprietary blend system prior to running through our 12v pump.

How do you work around shutters when removing oxidation ?
Very carefully... Unless the shutters are oxidized then we treat as usual.
Great job. How many hours did this process take?
Thanks! This one took me 6 hrs to fully wash and remove all the oxidation and apply our Restore product.

What about mud Dobbers when
Mud Dobbers are fun to wash lol. Our Terra wash does an amazing job emulsifying them and is blown part with a blast of water 💦
