I ran to Lowe’s and bought this and had my whole house and garage cleaned and algae free within 20 minutes.
My neighbors came over and asked what I used because the change was so dramatic.
    THANK YOU!!

I used the 30-Second cleaner on your recommendation and it worked beautifully! I'm glad I bought a 3-pack from Amazon because you've got maybe a minute or two of spraying and it was empty. The second sprayer completed the side of the house. Remember to spray underneath the siding due to the ridge on the siding. Oh, and when you spray make sure you watch where the wind is blowing or standing underneath because it will splash on you which doesn't burn or irritate your skin. I didn't see Rueman84's (post below) The reason i mention it is because the little bit of backsplash got onto a decent shirt I was wearing and caused the blue in the shirt to turn into pink spots although I did not detect any bleach in the product but, it's worth changing into clothes you don't care about. One more hint.....before you throw away the sprayer, pry out the rubber washer which is actually high quality and use it for your garden hoses when they wear out.

Wow - I’ve got vinyl on our house here in SC and have a problem on the north side - I decided to try the 30-second cleaner (under $25 for the sprayer and refill) after watching. This stuff really works - I paid way too much to have the house pressure washed last year- never again. Thanks!

Just had my house pressure washed a week ago. If only I had seen this video would have saved me a lot of money!! Well, at least now I know what to do next time. The main reason I had the house done is that I am 72 years old, a woman with some health problems, and thought I couldn't do it myself. Nope, I can handle this. thanks for the video. I hit the subscribe button.

OK, watched your video the other day. Went yesterday and bought the stuff. This morning I used it. Hands down, I shit you not, it works just as well and just as easy as he says it does. And, I did it his way. Pulled the red fan tab out and used hose pressure. Sprayed it twice with about 1 minute in between. The 2 minutes later I rinsed it. I sprayed from top down. I am sold. It worked beautifully!!! Hell, I went and told my neighbor and showed him. He was just as impressed. Did the vinyl on my whole house in 2 hours. Took my time, it was hot out. Last time it took a day of applying cleaner, scrubbing, then pressure washing. Never again, lmfao. TYVM!!!

You offer some good advice for home owners that makes it easy to clean their property with a quick connection to a garden hose but the main ingredient in 30 second cleaner Is Sodium Hypocrite (AKA bleach / chlorine). Is simple household cleaning solution is 1 gal of bleach to 4 gal of water. Or 1 - 1 1/2 % bleach solution to whatever quantity is needed. This will save the householder many $.

It is a good idea to start at the top, you raise your bottle when it is full and you're lowering it as bottle empties.👍

Recently, I tried basically the same thing. It works. And it's relatively quick like he said, too. That 30 Second Cleaner ain't no joke, gets the job done and is available at the big box stores. I purchased several gallons in NJ for $11 a gallon, and it's doing great. Works great on concrete, too.

I’ve used these product before. They do work. I’d just add the point of watering down landscape plants that will get exposed to the chemicals. Before and after to dilute and not harm the plants. I lost a shrub once because I didn’t saturate it with water.

You turned me on to 30 Seconds in your fence video. Yesterday I tackled my wife's 33-year old lawn tractor (JD 322) that had been sitting in a grass field, under the shade of a maple tree, for 10 years. "Moldy" would be an understatement. Mixed up a batch in a 1-gal pump sprayer 50-50, sprayed, hosed it off, repeated, and it did a fantastic job!

Used the Thirty Second Cleaner just as you described and my wife was amazed. I have siding on three sides of my house and completed the back side, and will finish tomorrow. Thank you for keeping it simple and real.

Doc .... I use the 30Second cleaner too. My house is tucked in the woods, all four sides. for hard to reach places, I pour the concentrate into a weed sprayer, mix 50/50 with water, spray, then hose away from a safe distance. My next use is to use my battery operated back pack sprayer to see if I can shoot 40 feet high (further than the hose can shoot) .... Last, I've noticed the cleaning results improve over time. This stuff works!!

Amazing product!!! Worked just like you said it would! Was figuring I needed an extension wand for my 2000PSI electric pressure washer in order to reach the second story of my home...to wash off the surface dirt that accumulates every year, and tackle the North side algae build-up that I've been dreading. N.B.- Been tackling it with a scrub brush and soapy water as far as I can reach for the past two years, but bought the pressure washer ultimately to get the higher regions. (Even bought the two piece "second story" spray tips - pink & blue - thinking that would do the trick. Joke was on me!) Decided to watch a few TH-cam videos beforehand to pick up a few "pearls" before commencing, and found yours to be one of the most impressive. While at Home Depot picking up the extension wand, I grabbed a bottle of the RTU "30 Seconds" ... as a 'just in case' plan A failed, although I really didn't think it would be used. Extension was useless, so it exasperation I simply attached the bottle of 30 Seconds and "BAM!" ...... the rest is history! Didn't need to stay on but a few minutes (overcast day; 9-10 am), then rinsed clean off. Can't thank you enough!!! No damage to vegetation beneath...rinsed before and after.
P.S. While returning the extension wand, I was speaking to another woman waiting in line about how well the product worked, and she went to get some as her husband was going to do their house the next day! 😎

I ordered the sprayer and 1 gallon from Home Depot and tried it out on the worst 2 sides of the house (they were pretty darned green). I have gray vinyl siding, live in Florida surrounded by big pine trees so it is shady. It did an OUTSTANDING JOB!!! It is better than when I hire the pressure washer guy for beaucoup bucks. I immediately ordered two more gallons. When I do the whole job next time It will take 2 gallons to do the whole house. Thank you it was super easy and I could do it all by myself:)

Great video I wish my house's roof peak was this low, that is pretty simple for sure.
No way you can hit the peak of a two and half story house with water pressure from a garden house. I use a foam cannon ( low pressure) on a lance on a small electric pressure washer and get fantastic results.
Beautiful yard my man thanks for the share.

Vinyl siding has weep holes if water does get behind the siding it will weep out as needed and dry out. Another cleaning solution you can use is made for swimming pools it won’t harm plants and cleans siding very well without harming plants or animals.

Bats will eat threw the fiberglass screen inside your vent. Typically on the north side. If the bats are gone, put hardware cloth over the outside of the vent. You can’t see it from the ground. You do not want bats in your house.

Depending how old is the vinyl on the house you don't want to use a pressure washer it will destroy the vinyl. Some water will go into areas that it is not suppose to go in, but will go in with any hose that you use to spray like you used. Your way is the best way to clean vinyl.
