Always enjoy watching you work on laptops. It is something I do occasionally so getting knowledge from your frequent experience is a tremendous help to me.
Nice work Dale.
I just upgraded the ram on my hp 17" after watching one of your videos. First time I've ever done it on a laptop. I plan to upgrade from the HDD to a SSD at some point soon. Thanks for making the process so easy to follow.
Amazing, Dale !
Thanks for the wonderful video. I just changed my fan by watching your explanation.

Thanks.
Great video, I have the HP Pavilion Notebook 17-g015dx and I am wanting to upgrade the memory, what memory would you suggest(if you can, can you provide a link to the memory)?
LIKED & SUBSCRIBED Very well done. So helpful.
can you also add where to buy/order parts you used, and their part order numbers?
Thanks for uploading this.
My daughter's computer must have had a latte drink spilled on it and then all the dust, stuck on fan & exhaust fins. crumbs and debris all up and around entire laptop.
I did clean off sticky stuff and clean, scrape, unclog all areas.
Of course fan ☠️ died long and had death.
I need to order a new fan. Someone told me try Amazon $25 or so for one.
Just scared of ordering wrong one. was yours a 4pin one?
I used a soft but form paint brush, and too brush and microfiber cloth , very slightly damp with alcohol to wipe cover and all sticky surfaces.
Love that HP used same size screws, too.
Hey Dale. What do you recommend ssd change for up model cn0053cl
Did you replace the old thermal paste off camera?
do you know what connector cable that will fit my hard drive i have a hp pavilion 17-g223cy? I tried to look everywhere cant find it
Hey Mr computer IT pro
It would be nice to see how your pricing works where I work in south Africa it's like 250 rand aka 20usd a clone
Do the hp laptops have soldered cpu chips?
you sound like Karl Childers out of Slingblade.
I have Hp au084tx
Its manual says ..
Supports M.2 SATA-3 SSD
128 GB SATA III Solid-state Drive
256 GB SATA III Solid-state Drive
256 GB SATA III Solid-state Drive NVMe
What this means, does it support m.2 SATA ssd or NVMe SSD ??? SHOULD i go with 500gb or only 256 gb supported ???
