    This yoga Nidra for insomniacs will take you easily into a light hypnagogic state and then down into a deep state of sleep (whether you are conscious or unconscious).     So grateful to you, Ally. Some nights I need you to continuously talk me through the body, breath, and back again.     Amazing. I have a racing brain and this meditation immediately calmed me. I’ve been using similar meditation for several years and this one is pretty close to perfect. Very very rare. I hope it doesn’t lose it’s impact like most others after 5 nights or so. I need to look at all of your meditations. Bless you!
