      I have a question regarding my yoga nidra practices nowadays.
      Am feeling sudden itching in my arms and mainly in my legs and feet while practicing leading to a twitch.
      Am i releasing stored stress energies or my nervous system is doing something?
      Is it okay?

      I really like doing yoga nidra please help me with the issue i shared with you above.
      You seem to have knowledge regarding this.
      Initially i use to feel good while doing and after yoga nidra but for a week or two i am facing the above described issue please help.

      Hi Ally. I have had insomnia and sleeping disturbances for years. I practised your Nidras almost daily with devotion. I have had the middle of the night on rotation for many months. Over a year now, actually. It was going so well, and then they stopped working as well and lost their essence. Anxiety kicked in. Your last 8 hour recording has been a miracle, and a dream come true.     Your offerings are such a gift. I discovered your Yoga Nidra sessions earlier this year and listen regularly when I have early-morning awakening-usually between 0100 and 0300. With your voice it’s no longer such a wretched thing. Sometimes I sleep sometimes I keep company with your lovely voice.
    Before finding your peaceful Nidra offerings, my mind played its own manta: “I hate being alive.” No fun. Now I have your guidance to fill my consciousness. Much better.

I listen to that 2 hour long one multiple times a week for bedtime, kinda alternating, so I'm excited to hear this one😊 I usually try to do that 17 minute one at lunch lately it is so helpful during the day at work!!!
