Good info Warren and Julie, I am stuck between Serbia, Montenegro and Bulgaria, but the great thing is they are all near each other so I dont have to rush.
Great video Warren and Julie! That was interesting about Podgorica and especially all the fruits trees that you can grow. I was wondering if you could do this sort of video in Montenegro with someone single living in Kotor/Herceg Novi or Igalo?? Many thanks 🤗
We may have that opportunity in the future. We depend on people to volunteer for these interviews. We have not had a single person volunteer in these cities.
The country side is beautiful and definitely an option I would consider for a getaway or it would be great for younger people wanting to raise a family! Thanks for sharing.
What an interesting and informative interview! You guys rock 👏👏. It is shocking to me that you don’t have a least 100K subscribers. Your Channel and the information you provide is so valuable. Love your channel and the experience-rich retirement you are living. Brave and keep it up. I hope to meet you someday. Greetings from Thousand Oaks, California. 😀👏❤️
Thanks we really appreciate your opinion of what we are creating. It would be nice to gain those kind of numbers. Feel free to share our videos to those that may appreciate them. 😁♥️
She is lucky as a minority in Podgorica she is able to practice Hinduism, because in India where she is from there they are persecuting Christians and Muslims. Unfortunately Hindus are supporting the current govt. in doing that.
I’m seriously considering leaving Florida and relocating to Montenegro. As a freelance translator, fluent in German and English, the cost of living here is just getting too high. Perhaps selling out and using my equity is the best option. Just me, my dog and cat 😊. I could work less, instruct Zumba somewhere and finally write my novel… or just whatever floats my boat.
@@WarrenJulieTravel Cheers friends. I can't understand how I missed it. I was watching with interest and got all other details like the new road, bridge etc! Thanks a lot for the info
@@elterrifico9522 Ok misunderstood you. I think they may have a bit of a food addiction. For Gods sake I could have 2 steaks every day for that money. They have a farm too. Myself alone could easily live off $200 a month in the US. Partying is another thing but food? How much does one have to eat?

You have a winning Trio there.
This video was quite interesting. I'm with Julie on the hot weather. 95 degrees is pretty hot for me.
Give me a body of water to dive into and I’m good. 😁
Wonderful property and such a great host to feed you what looked like a tasty meal. 😋 👍
She was wonderful and the food was delicious 🤤
Wow! What an orchard so beautiful and self sustaining. My dream property
It's beautiful and she is talented. 😊
Wonderful video. I'm so happy to hear of her success in Montenegro !
We are too, she is a beautiful soul😊

Interesting info. Have prices on real estate in Podgorica increased significantly since 2020?
I don't think it's a significant increase, but they have risen.

Best of luck. It sounds like you have a remote career.
Hopefully you can make money on the sale.
How about property price? An idea would be great
It was given in the video. See around 14:08

And it doesn’t get too hot. Only 40C
500 euros a month for groceries?
120 euros a week for entertainment?
Wow, you could hire gladiators to fight to the death for that price.
500 euros a month for groceries is not really that low.
Exactly my point. These are Toronto prices, the rip off city I live in

They eat a lot of imported foods, and spices. You can definitely go lower, but this is about their cost for their lifestyle.
23:54 Katie: are you satisfied with your current VPN?
Lol, she wanted to make sure she’s getting her due attention 😁
You are invited in my house in Podgorica Warren and Julia i am also an Indian living around same budget
Thank you. We appreciate the invitation and expect to be back in the country this autumn.
Of course India, as a rich country, can afford to live like this. American retirees are much poorer.
A rich country? Ever been to India?
@@elterrifico9522 . They can afford to buy houses in Greece.
The average single person on US Social Security earns over $1,600 per month, a couple over $2,500.
@@WarrenJulieTravel . Do you think that's enough?
@@WarrenJulieTravel . I mean in the city. $2,500 a month is not enough to live on in New York City.
