I am really curious where you a going to give this up, this place looks fantastic! On the side would love a video on how you got started becoming and internation travellor and investor and how you would start today if you were looking at starting out. Thanks for the great content.
Agricultural land in Montenegro is expensive due to scarcity. It’s mountainous, and the coast is quite rocky so not fertile ground. Serbian rural real estate is quite cheap. Eastern Hungarian, Romanian and Bulgarian rural real estate are affordable too.
Well. That's because you don't understand investing. The price you pay on the market for an investing-grade asset is always a discount rate for a participation in future expected profits. Hi WI. Maybe I missed something but I did not hear why you are choosing to sell this property as opposed to renting it out. Can you explain your thought process? Thanks!
I am considering Montenegro, too. Have been here since January getting to know the country. Just wondering what your reasons are to not go on with the project. You mentioned personal reasons but could it be also politically? Do you change the country for your plan B? Whould love to know more about your plans.
Money aside, what made you buy such property in Montenegro and not Hungary? I am asking since you uploaded a similar video for buying farmland in Hungary (I believe it was cheaper)
The lot you walked us through in the video looks much larger than two acres! Just curious, it's residential zoning as opposed to agricultural zoning correct?, just bordering on neighbouring farmlands?
To be honest the house is at a fairly good condition. You could just renovate it and upgrade the surroundings a bit and voila! I would probably try to buy some more land around to reach say 40k m2 and then install a mini PV plant and start a mini almond farm for income.
Nice land but for less than 1 hectare with building on that must be demolished I think your price is way off. Right nextdoor in Serbia you can buy the same and much better depending on the location for USD 30-40k.
Serbia is cheaper for sure. But you are not surrounded by such beauty and the Bay of Kotor down the road 🤷♂️. Land is more expensive in Montenegro than Serbia in general.
Lol. I think he's also scared about the Russia/Ukraine thing going on. Serbia backs up Russia, and the USA obviously backs NATO countries, like Montenegro.
Bro, I am a salmon and trout farmer and am looking for half of that size in Montenegro. preferably by a river and a water well on the property. Do you know any?
not a bad price. hope you will find a buyer fast. good luck!

Is there any business for sale with return .
Never understood why Eastern Europe has higher prices when it comes to country homes or farms than let's say Spain, Portugal or even Greece...
@@nasseralomran2706 both of them are everywhere not just Eastern Europe

Not EU + amazing coast + skiing
@@TheWanderingInvestor totally understand it. Want a plan B outside of Europe too. Potentially outside of the European continent, it´s really fucked..
No WEF & no Klaus

That's a beautiful land!
Love this ❤

Also wondering, is it possible to find an acre-sized lot in the city, or 5-10 minutes from the city?
It’s an in-between zoning. You can build on it though. Yes, you can find other lots around. But none have river access.
@@TheWanderingInvestor I see, Thank you!
I would love to buy this piece of land but I have just bought ten acres in Mombasa Kenya. Oh well next time.
Kenya , hell nooooo
Is it still for sale
Do you have the architect contact pls ? Merci
Can you provide google earth coordinations? Also some interior photos of the house would help!

Not too sure. Check the location: 42°49'49.2"N 18°55'30.5"E

@@TheWanderingInvestor Thanks. Seems to be at some 625 m

No fiber for now. But decent 4g.
What is the price?
€119,500 including the two houses, the land, and the architectural plans for the new house were you to choose to build it

Hello, how can we get in contact with you?
Hello Maria. Info@thewanderinginvestor.com
Why not remodel the house and rent rooms?
It’s not an investment unfortunately. The goal was a personal lifestyle project.
Not much rental demand in the area.
Does it have its own water well?
No existing water well, but there’s a river. Shouldn’t be hard to do
@@TheWanderingInvestor Usuallly need permit to access river most places. No idea about Montenegro.
That's very expensive it's Montenegro
who needs this? same can be bought for peanuts in bulgaria. just no one needs this now, many reasons for that.
Having been to both I'd say there's not as much appeal to Bulgaria.

Perfect. Can you rent it for a few years? Waiting for BTC to moon...
I can take payment in BTC 😉
