This is such great information. So it's clear that a couple cannot share the same corporation to qualify for residency, but can a couple qualify residency by owning the same property? Is there some sort of "joint ownership" paperwork (e.g., a deed) that must exist to prove this? Is there a limit to how many people can jointly "own" a single property for the purpose of residency qualification?

I wouldn't want to apply for citizenship in a country that tells me I can only leave 2 months per year. I can buy 2 properties in Greece totaling 250k and get golden visa good for 5 years, live in one home, rent the other.
