      no, its not more important, but there is no difference
      there are no studies telling that casein in better, and saying on one's own self is just a hypothesis
      however, as its proven there is no difference as such between whey and casein, as many companies tell u

      No brother not at all EAA Can never replace whey protein since in EAA only 9 essential amino acids are present where as in whey all types of amino acids are present and let me tell you a fact if your body only has essential amino acids and does not have semi essential amino acid in adequate amount then your body will convert those essential amino acids into semi essential amino acid so long story short EAA's can never replace whey it's just a marketing gimmick however if you have extra money in your pocket then you can use EAA as an intraworkout supplement but this will not any greater effects on your body structure if you have a good protein rich diet which has all the essential amino acids and semi essential amino acid needed

      thats because of their genetics, they are born with a certain body type, and a lot of things they may be doing which u dont know about

    Sir, you said naturaltein protein can be taken by entire family but the label says not recommended for children and pregnant women. If its so clean then why i cant give it to my 3yr old daughter and lactating wife where quantities may differ but hear even consumption is not recommended. Please answer.

      That recommendation is to be added in india because there is no rule for anything in this country
      The same company in Germany has no such labels
      Our country can feed the world's most third grade products like bournvita and ceralac to Indians but they have no rules for the finest protiens in the world I.e. pure whey

    Body needs continuous feeding since we are in fasting mode during sleep. Don't u think we need slow acting protein which is casein.

      Doodh ko garam karo phir thanda hone do malai alag karo.. Iss kaam ko repeate karo ab jo doodh hai aisa doodh 1 litre bhi pee lo it will help u to loose fat
