  • Finally the over cooling problem is solved. new acrylic headlight covers are made and installed, and the new grill is in place even if its not totally complete.

Great news that you solved that issue.
Great video content I'm always excited to see new videos each week.
Question: are you using a gymbal for the camera ?
What camera are you using? It's awesome

Firebird I’m using a GoPro 360 max. I take the 360 video and flatten it in premiere. It allows me to point the camera anywhere I want while editing the video. One less thing to think about while filming. I’m glad you enjoy the updates.

We are currently rebuilding a GMC. Have you thought about how to insulate the walls? We’re concerned that rigid board will squeak. Contact@SALUS.solutions

I'm thinking of using foam board laminated together with gripper primer matching the curve of the wall using a buck then using an adhesive to attach it to the outside wall. filling the seams with a spray foam and a final layer of Thinsulate on top to act as a squeak barrier against the inside wall. this is just a first thought. I haven't put a ton of thought into it yet. I think that's going to be a summer project this year.

That sounds sound. I like the idea of using board to maintain the surface contour, then foam on the edges to mitigate squeak.
We need to think on it too
