You don’t have kids, then you have time to go get a job and save money. If you are separated, then you can start dating other people. You just have to be discreet. The only thing stopping you is your fear.
Men: simply do not get married and involve the state in your life. Absolutely no upside other than children and that’s a gamble as they may be taken from you.
It is actually a good option especially for those with kids and both want to stay close to kids.
