And what's next after a Default Decree is settled? Is there another process or documentation we need to file up for before we intend to get married afterwards?😊

How about the money was sent to wire transfer to another country? How the mediation or the judge is going to split that?

If they’ll actually go. Mine refused and I’m sure it’s because he doesn’t want a witness present to see what he’s trying to do.

Yes they go because they need to show his image of “ perfection “ and they have room to try to manipulate you and play with your emotions.

You know I find it hilarious you became a mediator considering when you was the judge in my divorce you denied my request for mediation and even settled my divorce when I hadn't made it to court yet!!!!! I called made the court aware my son had gotten sick and vomited on himself and I was returning home to clean him up and would be late. You then said I had 30min to get there. We had 2 days scheduled for court and you finished it with only wife's testimony and never heard anything from me. Then after hearing her lies you placed me on supervised visits I had to pay 700 per 2 4hr visits 1,3 and 5 weekend every month that my ex hasn't shown up for in almost 3 years not to mention she's not followed 1 thing the court ordered her to follow and all of this was done with your decision making. You've ruined everything when it's come to WHAT TEXAS COURTS CALL BEST INTREST OF THE CHILDREN!!!!! YOU DONT HAVE A CLUE AS HOW AND WHAT TO DO WHEN IT COMES TO THE BEST INTREST OF THE KIDS NOR DO YOU CARE..... YOU DIDNT HEAR ANY TESTIMONY ABOUT THE OTHER SIDES MENTAL ILLNESS THAT WHEN MARRIED WAS BEING TREATED BUT SEPERATED AND POST DICORCE SHE LIED AND SAID WAS MISDIAGNOSED BUT CONSIDERING CHEATING WITH OUR DAUGHTERS BF AND ASKING HER TO SWAP STORIES IS SIGNS OF A NOT MENTALLY STABLE PERSON THAT YOUVE LEFT IN CHARGE OF MY KIDS AND TOOK THE ONLY THING THATS KEPT THEM SAFE AND PLACED THEM IN THE HANDS OF SOMEONE THAT COULD HARM THEM IN FACT HER DECISION MAKING HAS GOTTEN THEM HURT LEFT IN BAD SITUATIONS NEGLECT AND ALLOWED GER TO ALIENATE ME FROM MY KIDS AND ALLOWED HER TO ABUSE THE KIDS MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL ABUSE AND KEEP US APART SHES EVEN DOING THE SAME THING WITH THE OLDER KIDS SEPERATING THE DAD FROM THE OLDER KIDS BY SAYING WELL IF YOURE AROUND YOUR DAD THEN YOU CANT SEE YOUR BROTHER AND SISTER AND IM NOT GOING TO BE AT YOUR BIRTHDAY IF HES THERE AND IM NOT GOINF TO YOUR WEDDING IF YOUR DAD IS THERE. SO IF ANYONE WANTS TO USE HER AS A MEDIATOR BE PREPARED FOR NOTHING GOOD AS SHE DOESNT CARE ABOUT YOU OR THE KIDS BUT ONLY HER GOD MONEY!!!!! I RECOMMEND RUN AWAY FROM HER

If there is already an attorney involved, why pay even more for a mediator?
Opposing counsel is perfectly capable of sending me a settlement offer, and I am capable of accepting or rejecting it.
But my problem, or concern, is that her lawyer is licking his chops so that he can feed his own children's college savings accounts.

Most women will not accept mediation. My ex wife laughed at me when i broight it up. They know the judge will be sympathic to her and the children and get a much better deal. A mans only hope is to have a well written, split 50 50 prenup. He wont get 50% without one, he gets 20% at best.

      Not true for me.
No just ignored by the system.
      Trapped in an abusive marriage.
I do not have any money, he controls.
If go to court, jail time for him.
No, social disservice’s are not going to be helpful just too severe.
No fair treatment for either of us.
Divorce will waste our money and I am afraid of him.
He threatens me when I try to suggest mediation.
      Pray for me.
