So if my sociopath narcissist already screwed me mentally and monetarily and it's done in 2016. Nothing can be done? He took my life literally. He came back and I had to take him because he left me broke in many ways. I signed what he wanted under using something to cope with it all. I took antidepressants bc of his abuse. Another abuser stole 5k from me and the abuse can be listed from.other sources. So all I got is Karma to help me???

Yep you are right. Once the Hallmark movie new wears off some spouses want out like my wife did. No ground faults but she still filed and swiped our whole entire bank account. Not only did I hire an attorney, I went to work part time with them so I could over see my own divorce case and in my off time I helped build a very strong case. Got most of my money back! which from what I hear is very rare. If I ever get married again, accounts will stay separate and the marriage will only be under God's contract, not the state.

I am a California woman who was blindsided by divorce after 20 years of marriage. He served me mid-December. I am still in shock but managed to maintain my silence for our teenage girls. I didn’t want to ruin their Christmas. Today I meet with an attorney to find out where I stand.

@@fayechamp4156 I have my suspicions about this too. Our kids are 18 and 16 and both girls. About a year ago I noticed that someone ordered toys for boys (4 yo kids) on our Amazon account. I asked the girls if they accidentally ordered these and they both said no. Then I asked my husband if he ordered them and he got all defensive about it and I said no big deal I’ll just return them and he said no, that he would take care of it. I didn’t follow up on it because I was not suspicious. Then another suspicious package came and I opened it…viagra! Finally, about 6 months ago I found a stack of cash in the top drawer of his desk. I didn’t ask him about it but a week later it was gone. So yeah, I totally agree with you about the fact that he is leaving me for another woman 👩

I made a big mistake in marrying him. Can’t wait till it’s over. I will pray for you, my sister.

Unfortunately there is no restraining order from emotional abuse. It is hard to prove , so an abusive parent will get 50% custody. Physical abuse if not documented through law enforcement won’t count and an abuser will get away . Many don’t know when a spouse throwing garbage , items , punching walls , damaging property is a physical abuse and have to documented!! Even if your spouse -- mentally inadequate and dangerous emotionally- the spouse still will get a custody. Dirty trick -- when a spouse fears the mom will get custody during his negligence and her being a good mom- he may propose a foster care . True story.
Lie -- courts often do not act the best interest of the child . Kids become a product for a price the highest bidder is whiling to make. In the situation -- mediation is the worst option. If dealing with a narcissist- mediation is the worst option. Find those extra money to go to a trial and the court . Painful lesson is learned.

Parental alienation is so effective that it is hard to tell who is the abusive parent. If a child strongly aligns with one parent and is hostile toward the other - chances are the child is brainwashed and aligns with the abusive parent and most professionals who are not trained in parental alienation get it wrong. 50% custody for both parents is a safer bet until proven that a different % is better for children. It is way safer than giving full custody to one parent because he was unemployed and therefore spent much more time with children than the employed parent or for one parent there is an "incredibly strong bond" with the child. In the case of 50%/50% custody, it is hard to do parental alienation because the children have a chance to see that the alienated parent is not so bad. And the assumption that a child is always better with a mother is obsolete, so 50% by default is a much better assumption. There should be less weight on what children prefer(children are easily brainwashed and aligned with abusive parent) or how it was during the marriage. A common situation is a stay-at-home mom and working father who is labeled as "absent" or "not interested in children" because he has to work overtime to compensate for the lack of his wife's income who refuses to be employed. In that situation giving full custody to the mom, she will not be motivated to get a job and the children will have even less chance to see their overworked father. 50%/50% custody by default is great progress and in most cases best for the children.

But you know what 24 years I give my loyalty I invested sweat blood and tears, and all I got in return was lies betrayals and hurt including wrongful accusations with life changing repercussions. I cannot take those 24 years back but now I've been single for the last year, and you know what as much as he hurts me to garden ripped out on my own home and my family, however if I want to do bad I could do that all on my own. How long will government allow this? We need to go back before women voting rights. Either that or make a singular head of the family, either a man or a woman. In that way people consciously choose what gender role they wanna play. There are some men who don’t want to work, sit at home and play video games and take care of children and there are women who just want to go 9-5 job.

Rule no. One: Spouse is to have a budget and live by it. Separate checking and credit card accounts. This is the standard of living de facto. Never joint accounts. Play fair but never get tangled up in fixing her financial screw ups, late payment, over draft on checking. It’s on her. If it becomes a problem early out of the gate and you want to stay together, get legally separated. That means you are married but your finances are separate. Note this is a common practice for the elderly to save their loved spouse from economic catastrophe when they themself, will have extreme medical expenses in the forward future, and can only receive government help after their personal finances are exhausted. So no it is not unusual to be married but legally separated.

In community property states, there is the very strong presumption that all income after marriage and sometimes all assets are community property. You can have total separate property agreement and practice, but extremely difficult to do in practice.

70 to 80 percent of divorces are filed by women and 90 percent if the woman is college educated. Women never fall in total love. It’s only a short term excitement that fades. Then the woman looks for here next emotional high taking cash and prizes from the man as she leaves.

Thanks. Great report. One of the best videos on the subject I have seen. Sounds a lot like my cousin's ex-husband did. She had a great lawyer who kept tracking him down and making him comply with the divorce degree. Dirty Trick#12. The spouse #2 jumps from state to state to evade obeying the divorce decree, so the spouse #1 has to sue #2 in each of those states to force #2 to comply with the original divorce decree. that happened to my cousin. Her ex-husband kept moving from state to state to evade paying for child support.

Dirty truck #7 on steroids is what happened to me. I have two children that doesn’t know me because their mom hated me more than she loved her children All was going good until she got a new lawyer and called me one morning saying that I done things to our daughter, at that moment it was a good thing I was 100 miles away because I would’ve been in prison for a real reason if I could’ve seen her that moment. So the day we went in front of the “judge” I was not only slandered and accused of extremely sick things, I also lost the rest of my life that day. I left there contemplating suicide. I went through three “attorneys”. EVERY ONE OF THEM DROPPED ME It was too complicated for them. So yea I ended up a lonely depressed angry apathetic man. A woman school teacher (that had issues as a child) against a construction worker (that would never even have thought about someone lying on such a sickening scale) and now ruined for life and had rights taken from me but never served a day in jail.

Financial starvation for eight months, hiding assets, trying to keep the kids when he didn't care, and the courts ignore everything I bring up. He emotionally abused me, and then turned it on the kids. He quit his job and tried to block them from church all so he wouldn't have to pay as much child support. I wouldn't have ever filed had he helped keep the home the kids were born into (and that mortgage was two hundred less than what he wound up having to pay in support).

  • @PrettyFourU1

Why is the mother at fault in these scenarios? The most common factor is cheating spouse who hides assets and starving the less bread winner who’s raised children maintain the home .

    • @suzy1750
      @suzy1750 ปีที่แล้ว

No matter whose 'fault' it is - and it's highly debatable that it's always the man's - no one is entitled to be supported for the rest of his or her life by an ex-partner. Relationships end for a variety of reasons and we live in a time when women can work to support themselves (and their children) if necessary. And that is what she should be prepared to do if a marriage ends. That means that even if they agree she will be the primary caregiver to any children, she can and should work part time to keep herself marketable and take responsibility for keeping her skills at least somewhat up to date when the kids go back to school. One of the primary reasons that ex-husbands end up supporting ex-wives forever is that the women stop working once they have kids and then claim that they've 'sacrificed their career' or ability to get a decent job after being out of the workforce for so long. Even if they never had a career or wanted one.
To be clear, I don't mean that a father shouldn't pay a fair amount towards his children (as well as being given 50% custody assuming he's a decent parent,) but this nonsense of an ex-husband being responsible for an ex-wife for the rest of his life, as if she is a helpless child or as if we were still living in the 1600s when women had no opportunities to work, needs to stop.

Interesting to see the lack of real integrity in American society, generally speaking. I had the opportunity to do many of these things and I haven’t and won’t do it. It’s a mere of true values and principles. I was born and raised in a corrupted country in South America, but my parents taught me really well what is right and what’s wrong. Being honest and loyal is a task to the brave ones. Good bye to my dear abusive American husband! Today I celebrate my freedom and my true worth , filing for uncontested divorce ! It's clear to so many of us that family court needs to be overhauled or abolished. If a dad wants equal or primary custody he has to move mountains. It took me over 3 years to prove that, as a father, I was a better custodial parent and I got primary custody. Nobody else should have to go through that effort.

I basically think no one deserves to have a cheating spouse. Trust is like a crystal glass that once it’s broken,it’s hard to fix them.. That’s why it’s important to apply wisdom when dealing with our partners... Last week I suspected my husband cheating on me, a friend recommended a hacker to me I contacted him and he helped me get cheating proves by helping me hack his phone giving me full access to everything he does on his phone... I got access to all his phone call logs, Text messages, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Kik, Emails, Social media chats (both old and new) without looking at his phone... if you suspect your spouse cheating on you, just contact this great hacker via text/whatsapp or call him ‪+1 (908) 799‑8357‬ , or via mail (cyberprohack100@gmail.com). His services are very trusted and guaranteed and also affordable, I can’t thank him enough. I hope you find peace of mind just like I have found after discovering the truth. What if your spouse quit their job voluntarily and moved away to live off of their inheritance and has been “unemployed” for almost an entire year voluntarily? Especially when they are now wanting 50% time with the kids (due to remote education and Covid) so they can pay $0 in child support?

Keep tax records and as much financial info as humanly possible. My ex-husband tried something similar and thank God it back fired. I was able to prove that he intentionally took a lower paying job to try and starve us. I used to let my son visit his parents as much as he wanted and my husband tried to use that to say that he shouldn’t pay child support. The judge not only made him pay back for all the years he gave us nothing but he used the income that he should’ve been making to determine the amount. It’s hard when a spouse uses dirty tricks, but if you stick with doing the right thing, things have a way working out. I know your comment was from 2 years ago and I pray that everything worked out for you and your family, be blessed.

I'm in a long marriage. I reported my husband, for abuse, over 30 years ago. Wasn't believed. He is in prison, for hurting our children. Not by me, but by a granddaughter. He has abused me so bad & used our children as pawns. They are plenty old enough, with children of their own, that he also hurt. He's recruiting other narcissist. There has been attempted murder, by black smoke. While recovering from a heart attack, there was attempted arson & tried to blame me. Police were out twice, in one week & once over the phone. I saw a patrol car going down my street slowly today Tues. 10/13/20. Now, there is insurance fraud, there is financial abuse & it's not just one narcissist. There is, at least, six narcissist trying to destroy my creditability & my health. I'm an advocate for any kind of abuse no profit. My organization was also attacked. He illegally threw me off our joint acct & pays my rent only. He is trying to scare & control me, to stop my claim over 270 pages with the CFPB. My family has tried to stop me & so did the property manage of this apt. complex. So far, my doctor raised my BP medication to try to get my BP down. If it hasn't, he said, "I will look into your stress level." I'm in Pa. There are laws against throwing someone off a joint acct., unless it's legally done, by both parties. Laws against stalking. 302ing without a judge is illegal, but they get past it. I left my husband & my family. Not in a relationship, not after this. Do not want a man personally near me. If a man is honestly being nice or we have to work together for whatever reason, I can accept the fact, but don't cross me.

I'm not about telling people what they want to hear but rather what they need to hear and that is this.....let your unfortunate experience with a loser be a lesson to many other women out there who have either done what you did or who will likely do what you did. As for Me, I have been offered the opportunity to date many attractive women but once I learned they had children, I lost all interest and not because I don't care about children but because I, like most responsible Men out there do not want to accumulate the emotional and physical "baggage" of others for it is that same exact "baggage" which will be My downfall when the relationship ends, which it will, and that is as certain as sunrise in the morning.

What if a spouse opens saving accounts for their kids, and moving money to the kids accounts, and what if the saving was opened before divorce was wanted?

Dirtier tricks - keep all the money in the company first, then “sell” the company to a shell company. He now has no income and no company. All of a sudden, He can not support the children! But he can afford two lawyers to keep filing law suits against the wife! Drained the wife’s saving as she has to hire lawyer too. If she can not afford. Then let settle. Wife does not want any money - no he insisted giving her one of his companies which is in deep debt! So now in front of the judge she is the bad one who woukd not settle!!
I want to know who can help someone who is penniless with 3 children with a psycho after her!

Here is bs. The idea that mom spends time and cares for the kids. Some moms suck. The kids know it. But she will get to operate on the social projection of what she ‘should’ be as a person and mom. - this delusion negatively impacts the future care of the children. - social context: if wife cheats or leaves it’s because her husband sucks. additionally if a husband cheats or leaves it’s because he sucks. Anyhow, if you marry - oh man - you better see serious proof of character traits you like - deep stuff hard-wired. Stuff you will fall in love with - and honor. Hard stop on anything that’s not.

What if you’re wife is the one who wants to leave and has committed adultry in the relationship before and she has got a epo against you and gets your kids and your stuck with all the bills and everything as before and she wants money for child support or any support? Should she get anything for leaving on her own and expecting you to still support her?

I dont rly think if a dad wants 50/50 custody during a divorce, but he didn't spend as much time with them as the wife did during the marriage that its a dirty trick. Maybe he wanted to be home.with them too but was forced to go work and provide for everyone, and now that she'll be providing 50/50 financially, at least that's how it should be, he'll get to spend more time with them.

Can a spouse manipulate you to do these dirty deeds yourself? Or they’re doing them but flip it to where they pin it on you?

Often the difference between whether a person is identified as a hacktivist (or Batman vigilante as described here) or a terrorist is whether the person describing the hacker agrees with their ideology or not. One of the reasons why doing real harm with hacking is not a good idea. usespy online all the way. No worries about breaking the law, and you're actually building value for someone by ensuring they know of all their system's vulnerabilities. A great place to start practicing is on your own devices and networks.

Hummm, really, how is number 6 extortion. I mean I see the threat and the force. But if the leverage in question actually happened. Isn't this sort of thing exactly what lawyers do behind closed doors all the time? You know what I'm talking about. Sign this confession and we'll give you a lesser charge. Its hard ball negotiation, and purely a choice. The person being extorted can still choose either way. My feelings are if someone doesn't want to be extorted for doing something wrong, well, don't do something wrong. Now, if the leverage in question is a total and complete lie; then ya that is clearly against the law...

My spouse of 40 yrs embezzled about $50k/year from our lucrative small business for a long time, and my money is being used to have me stalked, shot at, burgled, harassed, and more -- it's beyond imagination, values of assets deliberately diminished in numerous ways .. huge financial debt for me -- and still going to court - 6 yrs after divorce was signed. He's prohibited most all efforts to Divide Marital Property thru unethical, false filings ...
    Blah blah blah.
    It's sickening.

I know how that can be divorce is a terrible thing to go through mostly if you don't have proper evidence to back up your case you might just be tossed I got lucky a man I meet in court told me about this team who helped him got evidence from my wife without are knowledge I know it's sounds wired but it's was worth it's cause legal documents and other good evidence we're found and I had a good case in court I'm super glad it's all over and i have 60% of my money back thanks to the team above I'm free to live my life now
