50/50 split custody and 80% of the expense is encumbered on the higher wage earner. Example: If the combined incomes of the parents is $80,000 (Mother $39,500 and Father, $40,500) and the prescribed child expense is $1200/month, then father must pay, 80% or $960/month to Mother. Presuming that the expense prescribed by the court ($1200/mo) is accurate, Father must then pay an additional $600/month to support his child (children) while they are with him. IN ADDITION, the healthcare insurance expense falls upon the higher wage earner. Why is the father made to pay more than 50%?? The Federal Government pays about .10 on every dollar fleeced from fathers. Making the amount "fair" would significantly reduce the money claimed from the Federal Government. Welcome to Pennsylvania. The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania decides these rules behind closed doors.

question about the sport part. Because I found that very interesting why wouldn't the other parent be expected to let the child participate in sports? Did I misunderstand this? I always thought about sports as the child's time why wouldn't a parent be expected to take a child to sports often parents split weekends so custodial parents sacrifice to get them to practice all week but the other parent wouldn't be expected to take them to practices or games every other weekend? Maybe your imagining a time where practices are only on the others time? which would be weird.

80% of divorce are filed by women and main motive is money. Most men spend productive life to support family financially and once the kids are grown up. Women dump men. Menopause is also another reason. So never make women the top priority in life and be a simp husband.

I have to pay my abuser, who lied and provided no documentation at the mediation showing she has income when she does, and a PFA...my wife was very manipulative , very abusive and abandoned me. I was so brainwashed at the time.I begged her back but she wouldn't come back. Once she realized I was capable on without her.She got upset and then she wanted to come back and buy then as shot for what it was. I was even giving her mobecause she was making me feel bad. Once you start getting abusive and violent again ( The same woman who tried to get me killed and fired and evicted and publicly shamed me and even at work), I had to get a PFA. I STILL gave her money During the p f a because she would still show up and make me feel bad and scream at me and threaten me. I think she knew that I wouldn't have her put in jail, That's why she continuously violated it. Now she wants me to cosign.Another car learned for her because, according to her.I have to and it's my job.Uh when all I want now at this point is a divorce but I cannot afford one, But when I said no things got real bad, And then the PFA ran out and things got real real real bad for me, And the money I was giving her didn't meet her needs (mostly her drug habit of meth) she sued me for more through spousal support. Ironically, we both work at the same place, but she had just recently quit before. She filed for the spousal support. She's on ticket to work through social security. So she has been making double income for every year now and it provide any pay stops or anything for our hearing in front of the mediator. But a decision was made and I have to pay the person.I had to get a legal order for protection from abuse against. I have to pay the person who abandoned me And quit their job right before they said they have no income. They need spousal support and got it. I can't afford an attorney and it's $400 for the packet alone in P.A. It's insane to me in any case that a victim would have to pay their abuser in any scenario but in a state and in fayette county, that's the law of the land. I'm scared to death to file the de.Nuvo, For fear of enraging her or having to possibly pay even more money to my abuser.

If you look at the divorce rates and the ages of those getting divorced through the last 50 years, it's always the boomers who are top of the charts. In the 80s, 90s, 00s we abused psychopaths or sociopaths, and now we abuse narcissistic tendencies! There’s no such thing as ‘narcissists’, just people who are sick, like mental health problems , for a moment, etc! Those who are promoting and condemning narcissism are the narcissists because they keep bashing and condemning people without consideration or compassion, and it keeps dividing people as if everyone is a narcissist , and people are believing it as if it’s gospel truth, and when people break up they automatically say, he or she is a narcissist like I did with my ex, he was a narcissist etc, and that’s why we broke up etc, when this happens, the world is like a narcissistic place to live, that’s why we stopped narcissistic games like Gladiators 2000 years ago! So proud of you for doing this and uniting people together, families, friends, and strangers! Best compassionate tool ever! That is interference of a custody order felony 3rd degree. I am suing for negligence for my ex AND her attorney for $50k since I did not see my daughter for most of 2023. I am now seeing my daughter every Saturday for the past 7 weeks! I will be in court again on April 15. Will the judge award me the $50k or ANY custody make up time? No probably not. My grandchildren will not have grandparents. Two are dead. The alienating narcissist doesn’t make any relationship. My malignant covert has been campaigning for over 10 years and I know I’m ejected from the family. The alcohol and jealousy and childhood experiences have made me the hated enemy, he can’t share the kids I raised. Every problem of their childhood has been laid in my lap, along with how sad poor daddy is. I’m fortunate I got to raise my kids. So now the price is my life. It completely changed and now I am accepting that I was tricked into thinking I had a relationship and a family. It was a deliberate long range strategy to pay me back because he couldn’t get to his stepmom and stepsister. My therapist says there are good people but my experience is that there are different levels of bad. That includes mental health professionals. Parental alienation? What did you do that could possibly cause that? No, I am not an abuser. But I made the mistake of not being one. I didn’t alienate the alcoholic narcissist and I didn’t abandon them. Had I known I would have; the end result would be the same. Alone

No fault divorce also became a leverage for women to legally rob the husband’s pension and financial wealth. Most divorces are initiated by women who discover the court will support “walking away” from the marriage with reward of 50% of the assets. The legal system has built a financial windfall from no fault divorce.

(Dr Les Carter's videos Calm Confidence and When an Adult Coaches a Child Against You) Don't JADE (Justify Argue Defend and Explain) Don't punish your children for treating you badly with unreasonable anger, disrespect or humiliating you. However bad it is, it is because they are in pain. If they are threatening to harm you or themselves physically, get help for that. Don't badmouth the other parent. Don't tell others about it - most people don't understand and will judge you. Only talk about it to a professional therapist who knows about Parental Alienation. Educate yourself.
