@@LemonstoLemonadeFurniture and from one homeschooling, furniture flipping mom (to 4 plus and extra toddler most days) to another....I dont know how you balance it all. I feel like a train wreck most days. Would love to hear how you do it all.
Oh Rett, some days its duck tape and string holding it all together! lol My kids are a little older so ALL of the things (working, home school) have gotten easier as they gained more responsibility. Everything I do has a block schedule-a day for every item. School is set so they know they need to be on independent study by 2:30 so I can be in the garage (or editing) til it's time to cook dinner. Hope this helps! It's not perfect by any means but this is how I TRY to run! lol Best wishes to you!

Oh my goodness that is fabulous. Love it all. I love how you left the top stained on the bottom part and then the crown on the top part of the hutch stained as well. Along with the cream color it just looked so rich.

so fun:) I would have removed the metal grilles, but that may not have been possible. I love when people add beadboard & paint, wallpaper or even fabric to the back of a hutch. The other thing that is cute, if you're decorating a girls room, and need storage, is to shirr fabric panels behind and against the glass "windows" so you have an additional place to store bulky things, like sweatshirts, sweaters, extra blankets for sleep-overs, etc.

Very nice! I have one of these china cabinets from either the 1960s or 1970s, complete with the gold lattice design on the glass. I'm so tired of the drab yellow-ish stain; I was wondering how you'd pull this off at the first of your video, but it came out beautifully! Great idea and excellent execution.
